Best way to give compliments to women: it needs to be context-appropriate, and compliment them on their fashion choices. Don't talk about cleavage or noses. When you're working at the DMV and a woman comes to the window - and thus it's appropriate to talk to her at all - it's fine to say "oh, I like your nails!" or "nice earrings, they suit you!" You're complimenting their choices and thus their good sense, without making it weird. I mean, you CAN make it weird if you try, but it takes some doing.

@@becominghero9754 I do the nails one all the time. Cashier hands me a bag, she's spent some time on her nails, it costs me nothing to give a friendly compliment. Of course, having non-creepy intentions helps.

Oh no! I long ago recommended the optional donation to a high level government official, so people who do not elect to donate organs could still feel good and participate in saving lives, his stated interest. I was his son’s math tutor. It was to be (Organ XOR Donate) OR (-O & -D), and I drew a mock form. Got thanked and never paid attention to implementation. They got greedy. I am not in politics. I’ll give the year: 1992. What State did this?
