This was a really great video! Sorry I haven’t been here in a while, I took a little break from YT when I got pregnant and started working 😕 these are great tips, I especially love the empathy that your highlight with your children and husband. You also touched on expectations. One very troubling thing i see with lots of parents is expecting their children to “cooperate” or “behave” when they are clearly past their nap time. None of us can be our best selves when we are tired. Empathy is so important, especially now with everything that is going on in this chaotic world! Thanks for spreading such light!!!!

What a great topic!! Yes I completely agree you need to put your marriage first too!! Thankfully me & my husband always back each other up in whatever way we decide to discipline ... but usually its me having to discipline cuz my husbands a softy lol New friend here!! Loving you channel!! 💖💖

I always have this issue with my spouse. 🥺 my husband was raised in the most toxic way possible and he yells 🗣 a lot taking it out on our kids and I feel so horrible. I don’t know what to do anymore, him talking calmly seems to be challenging for him 🙄😑 I’m honestly hurt and annoyed. We communicate but it’s really hard for him to do “gentle parenting..” he almost doesn’t believe in it. Great video btw!

You seem like your doing an amazing job as a mom! I wish I had your patience. My husband is the strict one all the kids listen to and I’m the nice one that they never listen to! Lol 😂

aww shucks, thank you lol! Patience definitely does not come naturally for me and there are days when I'm for sure not but it is something that can worked on. My husband likes to think he is the strict one, but at the end of the day he is a sucker haha and gives in.
