I was a hard-core non-vegetarian . But now I'm trying to leave non veg and it's been months I didn't eat meat or egg .But fish it's tough but I'm trying . It was really a good decision and I'm so happy now .

I think you have lost your brain 🤷🤷 Why anyone would want to be a vegetarian after being a non veg? I know we have to eat vegetarian food but that just sucks. 🙄🙄 By the way if you really want to be a vegetarian - that's your choice.

@@anonymous._.aliover live longer mean veg people are are at low risk of getting disesases like diabities, some specific cancers and heart diseases while non beg are at high risk of these japanese howvere majority of their dishes are not that cooked like shushi and and also they don't use spices much in thier food and also majority of thier dishes are boiled like ramen so i think that's why despite eating non veg they are healthier
