@beelzeboo9 ай бұрын
There’s a lack of understanding in this comment. John Kramer the original Jigsaw, didn’t make his traps unbeatable. Each one was designed from the ground up to be solved or “deactivated” in ONE specific way. There was a purpose behind each trap and they were designed to make the victim value their life and be “rehabilitated” from their destructive nature through physical trauma and predicament torture. He was a rich civil engineer before he was a serial killer, and he had a lot of help constructing each trap/game. Each trap was constructed and tested in an environment that minimized any possible caveats or loopholes a victim could potentially discover. That’s why certain traps go through advancements or phases like the bear trap, John was eliminating ways victims could find another way out of a trap other than the specific way he had designed. The only other ways his traps are stopped outside of the way he intends, is if there is a great amount of interference from outside sources such as police, or something in the environment not being previously accounted for. It is the later Jigsaw killers that do not care about the philosophy of rehabilitation or the value of life. - Jigsaw #2 (Amanda) became unhinged and made her traps impossible to escape. - Jigsaw #3 (Hoffman) was arguably the most prolific killer, and even had a higher body count than Kramer, he made his traps impossible to escape as well, his goal was to eliminate pretty much everyone involved with the Jigsaw games, going as far as shooting his way out of an FBI office, setting up sentry gun turrets, bombing state police, faking his death, and killing everyone in a police station including Jigsaw’s own wife. - Jigsaw #4/Logan wasn’t technically a Jigsaw, he is an ex combat medic and was going out of his way to kill one unbelievably corrupt cop. The games in Saw 8 aren’t Logan, they are in the past being conducted by John, it is actually the first ever Jigsaw game before Saw 1. Those traps were escapable. - Jigsaw #5/William Schenck also wasn’t technically a Jigsaw but was very much directly emulating/copying Jigsaw. As far as I know his traps were never meant to be escapable either. So when John was the active Jigsaw killer, the games were literally designed to be beaten and you did have a likelihood of success if you thought hard enough. As for the remaining apprentices/copycats, the traps were designed to be inescapable , so even though they might get more complicated..it’s highly unlikely you would ever escape the trap if you found yourself having to escape one.

1:00 Actually, a human being can lose a maximum of 14% of their blood. On average we have anywhere from 4.5 to 5.5 of liters of blood. Which means that a singular person can lose anywhere from 0.63 to 0.77 liters of blood without life-threatening effects. At 20% you will become dizzy and might lose conciseness. (0.9 to 1.1 liters) At 30% to 40% the blood loss is considered critical (roughly 1.35 to 2.2 liters) 1 litre is around 2.11 US pints So that means that for 10 US pints you would need 4.73 liters of blood. Even if this amount is split between the two contestants, it would still require each to provide 2.365 liters of blood. This amount is well above the 40% mark and loss of consciousness followed by a coma and a certain death is almost guaranteed. Even is somehow both of them could stay awake after such a loss of blood, they would require immediate aggressive life-saving measures.

@@Its_Captain_Jack_Sparrow not every one of Jigsaw's victims committed crimes, though. One dude literally just self-harmed and I'm not trying to say I'm an advocate of doing it, but I mean he puts that guy in the same vein as a literal rapist. Jigsaw's sense of morality is a little flawed.
@shreknskrubgaming72482 жыл бұрын
@@iiiivvvv9986 Jigsaw's origin story becomes kinda weird throughout the series. First it was because he got diagnosed with cancer and had a failed suicide attempt which gave him a new outlook on life, then it was because his wife had a miscarriage because someone hit her in the stomach with a door, then it was because an insurance company screwed him over with the cancer or something, they pretty much just invent a new origin story whenever they feel like it. It's part of the reason why some people hate Saw but I don't know, the convoluted story is part of the charm in my opinion.

Ik right? The movies ended up being more about the traps than the actual story. The first one was great. It was creative, and had both story and interesting traps. Things just went downhill from there. Especially with them killing off so many likeable and interesting characters, one of the best examples being Eric Matthews. Also, the way they made a lot of the traps impossible was so shit. One of the best things about the traps was that they had hope, seeing it was possible to survive, but failed. Giving a human hope just to crush it right after is pure psychologic horror right there.
