The dream wasn't over for Chad when he became a father alot of guys are content with making it to the league Chad really wanted to be a HOFer so his dedication and commitment was to the game not his family at the time sounds like they have a good relationship and I'm sure he's more involved now then he was back then

you get treated differently but you also have easy access to everything you need to succeed in the sport. there's a reason kids of pros are more likely to make it and it isn't just genetic it's coaching and resources.
