I think it would be more fun if every time a kingdom had a rebellion you'd nuke the capital of the kingdom they're rebelling against.

I got a perfect twin idea! Make a huge map with the Orcs, let them peacefully grow out for 100 years, enable rebellions and whoever rebels infect their kingdom with a bad biome till one kingdom owns everything.

I love how rebellions stop kingdoms from getting to strong they may win a world war but the people won’t be very happy and the king will struggle to keep so many cities in check

Idea: Any time someone tries planning ANYTHING (Wars, alliances, rebellions, etc.) drop a random bomb on them.

This just made me think of the oasis idea but with an enclosed biome w the rest of the map nuked apocalypse style

Video idea : You should let two or more kingdoms grow and expand their armies then after a certain length of time get all their armies together in one area and have a massive war, and whoever wins/loses gets a good/bad trait

Idea : drawf themed , has to be dwarfs , let a kingdom grow , let it grow large for say 500 years , then turn rebellions on , and when theres say like 5+ different kingdoms make sure its broken up, pause . Name them given em traits turn rebellions off and see left, 2nd , make seperated land masses divided by mountains, inbetween the middle the middle being an island in the middle of water kinda like oasis, but make the island/center oasis , and the island a gold mine of top tier resources. But its only accessible after a certain point like say 50 years per zone. So you layer it and have livable zones on the edges of the map and certain random points , all the other land masses are dangerous maybe corrupted but basically make everything zoned out from eachother and slowly over time reveal each layer to each race.
