Since the Xmen are scattered across time I'm sure Storm, Wolverine and Morph have been trapped in Bishop’s timeline, remember the 1992 X-Men Animated series in the episode "Days of Future Past" where a variant of Wolverine’s adamantine skeleton is being displayed in Forge's Lab, I'm sure the old variant Forge in Bishop’s timeline would bond the metal to our salvaging Wolverine!

I think they’re still stuck in the present. If that’s the case, it’d make perfect sense to introduce X-Force in Season 2 with Wolverine, Storm, & Morph.

Maybe Wolverine is the same one from Deadpool and Wolverine. He’ll think his friends are dead and that he let down his universe.

That's easy, from TAS episode, One Man's Worth. Where Storm and Wolverine are married, and where Morph is shown twice. Once as his human male form with longer hair, fighting with Magento in a car-like-helicopter, then later the AoA or Exiles or neutral form version of Morph.

We are getting at least a partial adaptaion of the Rise of Apocalypse limited comic series from the 90's which featured Rama-Tut/Kang, so odds are he is the reason for the time travel. Bastion being the cause because he absorbed Cable's arm is plausable.... but I kind of hope we are done with Bastion. At least for a while. The X-Men have so many amazing villians to feature.

If Morph has feelings for Logan besides best friends I hope they don't stray too far from the narrative, to include it. Unnecessary and distracting. Logan wouldn't go for that anyway, Jean on the brain. And if they represent the Watcher properly, he will not interfere, he's called the Watcher for a reason. He's sworn not to interfere. Wasn’t the TVS suppose to show up and tell them you are in a wrong timeline.

They can't leave the heroes sent to Ancient Egypt there too long, since Rogue has to confront Horseman Gambit. Scott and Jean in the future could take all season to play out, maybe that story only gets a few minutes per episode to develop and they finish it suddenly to get to the season finale. I just hope it is paced better than the last season of the Young Justice show...

I don’t think Sebastian is dead

X'97 has it's good moments, and it has its bad moments. Awesome getting to relive the childhood memories, but when seeing the woke agenda in the show, it does make me not want to watch. Storm, essentially, went from being a simple mutant to now, a parody of Thor. Rogue literally decided that sex was more important than her relationship. If the roles were reversed, Gambit would be nothing more than a "dog". Morph was never non-binary, & he shares the same abilities as Mystique, so does that mean she's no longer a woman, but a non-binary. And this "friendship" between Morph & Wolverine was awesome in the original show, but it's now more than that, but we're not gonna say it out loud. We know why. Like most of everybody who clicked on this video, we grew up on the original show. It was our introduction into the world of comics. Please, don't make the same mistake Velma did. Don't ruin another good show that fans have been asking for for years. Hopefully, Season 2 will fix some of those mistakes, otherwise there will be another boycott, and those studio's will lose money, and that's all they really want from the fan base.

To any fans who are not watching X-Men 97 i say good riddance! Tired of salty fanboys and fangirls getting triggered over trivial issues. Because the reality is that the mutant narrative has always been about racism. Along with that, they have always dealt with all types of bigotry. So, I fail to see why some "fans" are upset with the context of the series. It was a fantastic series.

Where was storm at all, disappointed that a writer of color sidelined not only one of the most popular black superheros, but x men as a whole.
