If someone had told me years ago that this area would be the most expensive place to live in Tampa Florida it wouldn’t be a surprise because of it’s consistent history, but what the area has become and what it offers it’s residents now, is what makes it one of the best places to live in Tampa. So the question remains… is it worth it?
I recently read articles from the Tampa Bay Business Journal showing an ultra luxury home sold for $21 million on Davis Islands, then a $14.1 Million home in Beach Park, another sold in Palma Ceia for $10 Million, and the one that shocked me the most was the home that Tom Brady rented from Derek Jeter was being knocked down to make way for a 30,000 sqft estate. So what's the draw to living in South Tampa?

Soho area & Hyde park are so different from the sceneries in London. But it’s great to have diversity in Tampa.
