Hi Alf! I’m a gymnast and I thought I’ll give you some tips for your fall back to a crab. First of all, do you not have a crash mat? If so that is so much better than the trampoline. If not try the grass. When going back keep your arms strong and look and your thumbs the whole time. Your crab is very good but try bringing your arms under your shoulders and not out the other way. You could try doing a crab everyday to make you more flexible. Hope this helps, xx

i did gymnastics for a few years. just a few tips for the dropping back into crab... maybe try it on a raised surface, eg. feet on floor dropping back to sofa etc. maybe then when you get more flexible or confident you can lower the surface of what youre dropping back onto and then will be able to do it straight to the floor. :)

try doing back exercises (like stretching your back to make it more flexible) plus I find doing gymnastics on a trampoline harder then on the grass etc.

If you wanna get that back, you probably should practice in solid ground, with a wall behind you and grab to the wall and slowly go down... I don't know if you can understand what I meant... but the trampoline isn't the best since you lose balance easily... Btw if my English isn't perfect is because I'm from Argentina

When your doing your back bend you need to actually bend your back instead of just falling coz at the moment you are just bending back a little then falling but if you do that then you will just slide out of your bridge! Love you alfie!also I have my notifications on!
