Dude. I can relate on the toxic leadership in so many ways. I understood you and could feel that pain for real. I was fresh out of tech school at the time and it literally sucked so bad coming back to my unit with such chaos. The Airforce can truly make or break you indeed. I’m glad to see you now and hear about all of your updates! Proud of you, girl.❤️

I am an Army veteran,saw myself as a lifer but unfortunately toxic leadership cut my career short. Fast forward 20 years my Son wants to join the Air Force and the only thing I worry about is toxic leadership. Is that a huge problem in the Air Force or it very isolated?

As a USAF Veteran myself, I don't think it's exactly a huge problem but it's definitely common. His career field isn't really gonna impact this either. The best thing he can do is kinda stay within his bubble of people n not try to please everyone and realize quick that not everyone wants to be friends or be cool with you.
