I'm in the process of finding land, I just want the least restrictions possible. Is there any county that I can place a tiny home on a slab and live in it fulltime on solar and well and compost toilet? I am looking around the Interlochen area

Putnam county would work, esp Interlachen area, but not the compost toilet, you're required to get a septic tank, if you are not connected to sewer. I am researching to do the same.

Hi there, am so glad that I've found such a helpful channel. I am an Indian resident and planning to buy a property in the US. I would be really thankful if you can answer my queries- 1) Can I buy property as an Indian resident without any hassles. Which state in US provides the most feasible process for the non-residents to purchase property? 2) Even though I am the owner of a particular land/property in US but since am not a green card holder, will it create any trouble for me if I want to reside there for as much time as I want. How can I utilize the piece of land/property that I've bought? 3) If I wish to setup a business there on the piece of land that I've purchased, can I legally do so as an Indian resident? Hi! sorry we don't deal in Hawaii. Some advice I would share is do your research and due diligence! If you're looking to buy land and build, look into things like utilities, how much it costs to connect them, how much it is for a custom builder, etc. Good luck with your search! 🙂
