I don't know about you, but when we started planning this trip, I imagined Cusco as a small town, with nothing to do, few attractions... In short, just a place to acclimatize before arriving at Machu Picchu.
But the truth is that Cusco is huge. A city with around 500 thousand inhabitants and which, before the pandemic, received more than 3 million tourists per year. In other words, 6X the number of its residents.
