If you've never checked out the 2017 series, give it a look. It draws a lot from the Carl Barks and Don Rosa canon in a very fun way. Also, Webby is super autistic-coded and I love her.

all of these presentations from the first episode were great, my partner and i were dying in Mike Trapp's as he almost picked my birthday and it felt like a weird cold reading, Vic Michaelis is obviously always hilarious, but this was ABSOLUTELY the right one to upload. Incredibly funny, please get him on more shows asap (also shout out to Grant being a good sport, right up until he said that thing he said!) i cant wait to see the rest of these, i assume everyone in the audience presented as part of a single shoot so its also fun to think of these almost as like little mini arcs.

This is the best bit of that episode you could have used to market the show, and I urge anyone who isn’t on dropout yet to get on if you have the funds- this show has so much promise. Also new Game Changer season is going crazy right now.

This whole setup just showed me why Dropout should start doing at least some sketch comedy again. There's no reason to just completely drop it because there is streaming service now.

Sam has outlined why sketch comedy was dropped. It's extremely expensive. Even this isn't really sketch comedy as much as it is a TED Talk. They want to bring it back, but considering how much it costs to have a writer's room, scout locations, and have shoots, the budget isn't really feasible.

Yeah, it would be cool to see more sketches but im pretty sure that people that would be staring and writing those skits are making all the shows that dropout is making right now. And considering the amount of effort it takes in making shows like this, I have to imagine they at least want to be making these projects on some level
