Center Grove/Bargersville and even residential Southport doesn’t get the love that the north side does. Less amenities but for where you’ll go weekly, plenty of options and it’s cheaper.

@@geesamanhomes my husband company is more in the Lawrence McCordsville area and we wouldn’t want to be so far from the company maybe for him to have the most a 20 min drive so idk what areas around there would be best we have 3 babies and another on the way so we need space lol

The great news is there are A LOT of options close to the Lawrence / McCordsville area. I am VERY familiar with that area, as I don't live too far from there myself. Please let me know if I can help in any way!

The areas I talked about in the video was a list from Niche.com, and those areas did not make the top of Niche's list. That being said, the south and west side are making strides and are great places to live! Thanks for watching!
