Only fluoride added toothpaste should be as use a pea size which toothpaste dosen't add fluoride like vicco red etc can be use more then a pea size...it's safe but only for adults

Bad breath is usually due to gum disease. Have a very good, thorough dental cleaning first. Please watch my video on how to avoid bad breath and how to prevent gum disease.

Hi, tartar can be only removed at the dental office. It is very hard, calcified plaque build up. Watch my video on how to brush your teeth correctly. Please watch some of my videos for more information 🙏

Squish with1 glass of warm water with 1 teaspoonful added Rock Salt, squish daily thrice a day..take 1 sip squish for 1 minute atleast then another sip.
