Hello Friends! In the last toothpaste video, best category included only Vicco Vajradanti. Other Ayurvedic toothpastes like Dant Kanti had harsh chemicals. However, this was 5 years ago and today, in terms of ingredients much better options than Vicco have come up in the Indian market. So, it’s time we make a healthier switch.

Hello! Thank you so much for all the hard work of research. I am looking forward to changing my toothpaste since using Vicco Vajradanti from when the last video was released. However, I am confused about Fluoride. There are conflicting articles, some from reliable sources like NHS pointing out that Fluoride is beneficial. Since I’ve developed cavities (which could be a factor of many things like my pregnancy last year), I am wondering if it’s because Vicco vajradanti didn’t have fluoride. Did you find any toothpastes in your research that had fluoride but were safer otherwise?

The main reason for cavities is lack of minerals and low saliva production. A chemical toothpaste just fight the bacteria in mouth and nothing else. Side effect being the harmful chemicals itself. The thermoseal flouride toothpastes claim to protect against cavities but cannot reverse it Pregnancy drains vital nutrients from mothers, so your conclusion is correct 😊 Kindly get your bloodwork on vitd, zinc, magnesium, calcium. Eat "coconuts".

I used to have recurrent mouth ulcers...it was so hard for me to endure the pain of mouth ulcers. I couldn't eat and drink hot beverages. Until I tried changing my toothpaste from Useleas paste that is COLGATE...I switched to VICCO Vajradanti paste and to my surprise my recurrent mouth ulcers problem vanished. So if you have similar problem...try changing your toothpaste. And yes Colgate paste is great for using in cleaning of white soles of sport shoes. It works magic.

Regular use of vicco make damage your enamel due to non fluoride. Sensodyne or advanced dant kanti is good option due to fluoride out of all toothpaste.

@@isisunayak If you dig deeper into research, fluroide isn't nearly as healthy for our teeth as plenty of others claim it to be. If Colgate toothpaste *works* on cleaning white soles on sports shoes-how can that remotely be good on our teeth? There's a guy who mentioned how he hasn't brushed his teeth since he was 8 yrs. old, but he's been using hydrogen peroxide & never once had a cavity. I can't find the full video, but he also mentioned how Crest toothpaste cleans rust of of metal which also can't be good for one's teeth. Most companies, esp. U.S. companies will never admit that fluroidated toothpaste is bad for our teeth-that's why it's much harder to dig deeper into research on matters like this. All the articles only say what's "good," about fluroidated toothpaste and why non-fluroidated toothpaste is "bad," rather than vice-versa. Fluroide is naturally occurring in our tap water & some amounts of it do remain in our brita filters too for those of us who have them, so why do need to add additional fluroide to our teeth when in real reality, that's what is really scraping the enamel off our teeth? Don't get me wrong where I was a huge crest fan up until I found Himalaya Botanique Complete Care & something about it in general just made my teeth feel like 50x better. Given, I do go a little bit back and forth between non-fluroide & fluroide toothpaste, but fluroide isn't as "cracked up," as others claim it to be. Like I mentioned, the U.S. won't admit to things like that unless you find a really good dentist that actually knows what they're talking and will tell their patients the whole truth between the 2 types of toothpastes.

@@cicicave1279 i accept that fully natural like vicco and dabur is better than Colgate and pepsodent toothpaste but lesser than advanced dant kanti and sensodyne due to fluoride absence. True that fluoride find in water but in acute amount like other minerals. After long time usage of natural toothpaste you need fluoride for cavity protection. I shift to fluoride toothpaste that is sensodyne after using of vicco vajradanti consecutive four year.

@@vasvijain Whole green gram , Rice Flour and Turmeric , or just whole green gram and turmeric will do ; make it in to a powder and use it instead of soap. Works wonders to your skin. Very Important - If you want to store the powder , dont spill water on it , else you will see insects emerging out of it ( if you keep it open) ; dont create too much , make small quantities.

Last tooth paste episode you said Vicco Vajradanti and Dabur Lal is good But on this episode you did not said any thing for them and saying about other toothpaste brands. We may got new options but what about previous options ,do we need to discard last options.I am just confuse about your research and study output.can any one suggest the right choice.

Use whatever toothpaste you want. Just don't swallow. Since this is difficult, we find the need to go for safer alternatives. I'm currently using dabur red. Works for me. My experience with others : 1) have used Colgate n pepsodent till around 27-28 yr old. Used Colgate powder till around 10 yrs old..And yes, didn't like to eat anything soon after brushing. Don't recollect any problems though. 2) 28-30 used Meswak. Liked the taste and after brushing feel. 3) switched to dabur red and used till date. No big difference, just the brush used to get red after usage. Now it had reduced. 4) tried biotique once. As mentioned, more percentage of safe ingredients was very inviting. Probably a safe toothpaste, but didn't quite like the taste. Felt bland and felt i hadnt brushed. During its usage, i saw a small yellow spot develop over my lower right incisor which wouldn't go away after brushing. This however went away when i used a bit of 'Gopal tooth powder'. And when i returned to use Dabur red, the stain didn't reappear. 5) used Himalaya's Ayurveda toothpaste. Mostly ayurvedic ingredients, however one chemical missed my sight and it is ' Bronopol'. This shite is actually a pesticide and a banned agent. I had a throat irritation the day i used it and soon after i returned the toothpaste to the store. Started using dabur red again.

I was using KP Namboodiris because i expected them to not add harmful chemicals like SLS in their toothpaste, but when I checked the back it had SLS and some other bad chemicals.. Then i switched to Jagat devsutra charcoal toothpaste and trust me, its absolutely worth the hype ! ⚡

Bcos fluoride used is within the recommended level I have been using it for years and never looked back it's very good for sensitive teeth. Also add dates to your diet which can help with Remineralization sorry for the video it's good but failed to take in few from experience not just ingredients

My teeth sensitivity problem started in 1998 and I was recommended Sensodent K by dentists. The problem returned in 2014 despite using that medicated toothpaste throughout without break. Then I cycled through a bunch of toothpastes and came across Vicco. And not a single tooth issue since then. I will stick to that one irrespective of any advice.
