Excellent summary - the best one I've seen! Thank you! For Private Pensions - can it be inherited? I'm from the USA, and we have 401k or IRAs which you get a lumpsum at the end. (What you call pay out monthly pensions are more like annuities in the USA). Anyway I should set an appointment with guys :)

Depending on the exact pension plan an inheritance is possible. Looking forward to our meeting!

If the company that makes my pension put my money in ETFs why I don’t just do it myself for 35 years, using the scalable capital app? I have the full control of my money and maybe even copy their portfolio.. I’m smart or I’m missing something? I learn so much with this channel, thanks a lot honestly !

I'm not sure about this, but I think you get taxed 25% of your profits if you do that. For pension, you don't, and even get some support from the government (tax deductibles) Don't take my word on this. I'm also just learning about pensions

The benefit of the company pension (at least in my case) is that the money they take is from your gross salary so you save a little bit on taxes. On top of that, the company also adds an amount to the pension (100% in my case up to certain amount) so it sounds lile a good deal to me.
