"lets make pocky sticks kulfi. Kulfi is basically like ice cream and it is a very popular frozen desserts in Pakistan. You know Saturdays are my cheat days. So we'll start by blending the pocky sticks alongwith some milk. Then we add condensed milk and milk solids. Next we pour it in any mold you wish. The consistency should be pretty thin. You should try Pepero. It’s a Korean snack similar to Pocky, but it has toppings on it, like almonds and Oreo crumbs. It’s VERY good!

Fun fact the ' artificial ' banana flavor is actually what big Mike's tasted like which were bigger and sweeter tasting but were easily susceptible to diseases so they evolved into bananas

Fun fact: the artificial banana flavour you get in most sweets and treats is based off an old strain of banana called the "Gros Michel" or Big Mike. They're bigger than today's average bananas and taste like that flavour. It was the main type of banana grown worldwide until the 50s when a disease wiped out the vast majority, so banana farms had to start growing different varieties that taste quite different to Big Mikes. Oh! There's a crispy strawberry flavor one that I like, it has a special little inside bag that's translucent and pink! The product itself actually is a strawberry cream dip but has freezedried strawberry crumbles in it! Super good! There's also a crispy almond one that I like too.

The banana flavour we eat nowadays was extracted from the bananas of older generations but with time the taste of the banana fruit has changed so we are essentially tasting historical bananas when we eat banana flavoured products

Yooo the best one I’ve tried was chocolate covered almonds pocky. It had a nice crunch and the milk chocolate paired really nicely with the almonds. Was pricier than the other flavours tho.

that banana flavor that’s in everything is basically what bananas used to taste like, its all based on a different banana unlike the Cavendish bananas we typically buy the artificial banana flavor wasn't developed based on that variety it was developed based on a variety called the gros michel, or the “big mike”
