Will it flesh?
This video will test 6 different speed paints that are named skin tone or that I think could be a skin tone.
I am sure there are more like Dark Wood, or Rigor Mortis, etc. but I wanted to stick to these 6 paints.

Thank you for this video! I do like crusader skin but just wanted a different skin tone option for my speed paint. Will try Peachy Flesh.

Skin colors is hard to do. Especially if you're trying a realistic look. I like this series.

One thing to remember Army Painter has a customer base with historic wargamers. In that arena skin tones are all over the place. Aged Hide with its reddish brown would be great for Central American tribesmen think Mayans. Good review and overview your insights are helpful in summarizing the performance of these paints.

I like them all but noble skin. I think dark wood makes a better job for black skin. I had to test peachy flesh and I think instead of palid bone , bone matter ls a better choice. Could yo do a part 2 adding those ones?

I would use both peachy and crusader on the same model in differnet shaded parts

Hmm...that peachy flesh didn't come out so bad...might have to get some, Warrior skin also had a decent look. Sadly the Crusader skin I have just doesn't really do it for me so it's good to see some others that might be right up my allley (Perfect time too...got a Borderlands game coming and lots of shirtless psychos to paint XD)

I’ve seen Dark Wood used for dark skin tones which came out much better than the Noble Skin tone

@wonderboy2402 Ah yes soft tone... that makes more sense! I already showed some dipping videos where I dip the miniature in a wash prior to using speed paints but I have not you done just a soft tone... I will do that and make a video on it for sure... thank you for the suggestion!

@@easterlingsminiatures yes! I found your video with the dip. I am awaiting my speed paintings and I have a Zenitel highlight on my minis… but I am considering a soft tone wash and THEN Speedpaint. Also considering a light dry brush of white to further boost it. Something that would shade the white and add darker detail prior to the Speedpaint layer, I have not seen on KZfaq yet…
