Nice overview. You’ll have to do this test again in the winter - snow, slush, and ice!

Interesting comparison, but as others have mentioned (learn to read your scale). But also it would have been better if you tied off to the center of the tractor instead of offset to one side, thus skewing the results. Also for a traction test, 2wd would of been a better option eliminating the additional traction the front provided as the tractor pitched sideways. I'll be honest though, at the beginning I was looking forward to a tractor tug of war with the various tires, maybe next time.

Good video, but you might want to add a decimal point to all your numbers. That's definitely 1000 lbs not 100 lbs.

I think you are missing a zero on the numbers. 96lbs?? 110 lbs? what???

Exactly. They pulled the other BX on the first attempt. I don’t think there was a decimal point in that number.

I dont know what that scale is measuring but Ive pushed a 60” snowpusher on my BX23S, full of soggy slush about 20 yards down the driveway and that probably weighed 5-700 lbs….

I'm sorry but is it even physically possible for a turf tire to put more force to the ground over a lugged tire seeing as a turf spins on top and lugs bite into the earth?????
