Just like any other calisthenics athlete, or any athlete in these kinds of videos. Not to mention, it even shows him repping out pull ups and hand stand push ups. Props to the athlete because I can’t do half the stuff he does but these titles are just turning into more and more click bait recently.

I believe his muscles are built from the skills he trained for, it didnt say he didnt reps and sets. Majority of his skills came from repetitions skills drills Pull ups 12-30 reps might be his warm ups for the skills. No deny he did bit of reps and sets in his early days, the title clear stated from his skills which is fair enough. I know guys do reps and sets really well , but dont work on much skills they can muscle up, back lever, front lever, flag and handstand... the rest of calisthenic skills they struggle to master because lack of dedication and their strength for endurance base on like pull ups, muscle ups, dips and push ups. I dont know how gymnast train, but they look jack so to be fair we cant say they be lifting lot of weight to gain mass .
