► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
3 oranges
Squeeze juice from oranges
1 can of condensed milk
Beat with a mixer for about 5 minutes
100 grams of chocolate
600 ml cream (33-36%)
Beat soft with a mixer
Add orange juice with condensed milk
mix well
Add chocolate and stir again
Pour the mass into the mold
Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for several hours until firm
Take the zest of an orange and dry it a little
Use a vegetable peeler to grate the chocolate
Very tasty homemade ice cream!

Cuando dice poner en el congelador la parte de arriba de la refrigeradora o es abajo. En mi pais el congelador es donde se congela la carne y el hielo. Yo hice la receta y lo puse en el congelador y quedo duro como el helado no cremoso y suave como muestra en el video.

Jajajaja yo también lo haré pero sin necesidad de estar retorciendo los dedos con el exprimidor manual . If you make this do yourself a favor. Use the zest from one of the oranges you juice. Don't understand the need for a 4th orange just to get zest from it. Especially when you just squeezed unzested oranges, lol...

I wouldn't do that. Yes there's sweet condensed milk in this but that's the only sugar in it. Cocoa powder is bitter. I think it's reasonable to say you can use any chocolate bar for this. You know those brands that have flavored chocolate bars? Those would work perfectly. I've made this kind of ice cream before. It's good but it's not mind blowing. I have both baking bars and those bars I'm speaking of. I'd use one of those because they're much cheaper than baking bars/chocolate...
