1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Fresh Chopped Parsley

A nice 2 pound beef roast is my favorite. That's two meals right there. One half for today and the other half for the next day. I use to work with a brother named Jason and you sound so much like him. Keep doing great things on your channel. Deuces.

I use “Liquid aminos” opposed to soy sauce. It’s a healthier alternative and gives off a similar look and taste. Do your research of course to see if it will work for you!😊

Everyone likes their steak at a different temperature, some people like rare, medium rare, or well done. I recommend using a thermometer to get it to the desired temp
