Cheers for this info. Adding something to the bottom of the arm sure makes it look like a much simpler method. Takes the guesswork out of using a tape measure.

Turn whirlaway over put a straight piece of timber across opposing castors set bar 1 inch from timber.....loads easier.

Welcome back Phil, do you have a link for the wheels, just done bearings in my 20" stainless whirlaway, very easy job, this is the bearings if it helps anyone, less than a £5 each.6302-2RSH/C3 SKF Deep Groove Ball Bearing

I know this is a few year old video. Did you have problem with wheels hitting the frame. I just swapped mine today and they catch.
