This video is fantastic and enabled me to fix my dishwasher. Difference is truly amazing. And saved $150 on a service call! Two points to emphasize based upon my experience following these video directions: 1 - when you remove the big plastic filter piece with the mesh filters on top, use your finger to plug its drain hole on bottom side and fill with water from your kitchen faucet through mesh on top side. When full, slosh it around, then let the inside gunk flow out through drain hole. There was an amazing amount of gunk in there that needed to be removed! 2 - on reassembly, when snapping the big plastic water tower back into place, that action accidentally pushed the center plastic spindle tightly into its hole. One, it won't spin if that happens, and two, I couldn't even get the center of the wash arm spinner to "grab" onto it when i tried to screw it back - because the center spindle was seemingly seated too low in its socket. Just lightly place the center spindle into the center hole, gently replace/snap in the water tower, and then you can use pliers to hold up the center spindle as you counter-clockwise turn the wash arm spinner back into place as shown near the end of the video.

I did everything right but after it's reassembled, the dishwasher makes a terrible grinding sound when starting back up to wash.
