For those not wanting to pay 3x the amount for a seal. These washers use a 12x29x7 Rubber Covered Double Lip w/Garter Spring ID 12mm OD 29mm 12x29x7 12 x 29 x 7 mm. They typically run about $3.

how do you replace the oil that leaked?

Not unless i has leak a lot of the oil. Just clean it good and try it

No do not just run it that is a transmission much like car without oil you are in trouble. Usually the transmission seal goes killing the belt and clutch depending on the model. I have been looking for a video on transmission repair for washers. But don’t just run it. Capacitors also leak. Just a heads up.
