I live in USA. Our mail service is so slow, some days we don't get mail service for days at a time because they don't have enough mail carriers to deliver. Some days I think the pony express would be faster... and a lot more interesting .🤣 I get what you're saying and your frustration. It is what it is. Today we have to be more patient everywhere and with everything. I love your channel. That white on white card is just gorgeous.

Waiting for a parcel can try peoples patience, but there are many things beyond the sender's control. I wait at least 6 weeks, and if it hasn't arrived, a polite inquiry is warrented. I try to be reasonable in all things. Love your work Ann.💕🇦🇺

And as for our postal service in Aussie it can be atrocious, so people just need to wait and be patient. Such a beautiful card...white on white looks really elegant (also for other occasions) !!! Shipping and mailing (analog) is a pain nowadays - we even miss parcels and letters because of OFFICIAL companies are not paying enough salary to get reliable employees.

Hi Ann, I'm sooooo sorry people have left negative reviews and stars over shipping!! I would wait for as long as it takes! Please, PLEASE don't stop shipping to the US! 🙏 I just found you and am preparing for, what is to ME(?), a fairly large order cuz I'm just crazy about your videos and shopping on your site! This would be terrible for us over here and I hope you'll be able to ignore those awful people! After shopping today on your site I can tell you that you have made it crystal clear that there are lengthy shipping times and that it IS NOT YOUR FAULT. It's terribly rude of those who've complained after being made aware, especially! Picking on an obviously VERY hard working business woman is not a way to get what you want! So have some empathy and give a care about someone besides just yourself for a change!! Gorgeous, Ann! Absolutely gorgeous. 🥰 The silver is perfect for setting the card "mood" and allowing the sentiment to shine. I don't blame you for feeling frustrated with people who leave low reviews because of something you have no control over. I've, sadly, had to stop ordering from various companies because shipping has gotten so expensive... but I would never blame a company I've bought from because my order from a country across the ocean/world didn't arrive "fast enough" (I'm actually very patient when it comes to this sort of thing). Two weeks? That's a ridiculous expectation... and people who need "instant gratification" so badly should shop in a physical store.

Stunning 🤩 Crikey!! I’m classed as living “in the Highlands and Islands” and get charged higher delivery charges, and sometimes takes weeks for my orders to get here. It’s part of being a crafter, if you want to add to your stash. Never mind the “negative nellies” they ALWAYS need to be moaning about summat. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do Ann. Such a Beautiful card. I think you are so awesome and work so hard for your business. I am so sorry to hear how people are so impatient and writing a bad review and only giving you one star. You have no control over the postal system and people are so quick to judge. They should be complaining to the Postal General, not you. I don’t understand people anymore! They are so arrogant and impatient instead of being loving and kind. God Bless you Ann!

So Beautiful Ann. I have purchased items from your shop and because I live in New Brunswick,Canada I expected I would have a wait of at least 4-6 weeks. My items arrived within that time period and I was delighted. I can't imagine that anyone from another country would not be aware of the longer shipping times it will take and be prepared for this. Please don't let it get to you so badly that you stop shipping to other countries and deny us the opportunity to shop from your store. Take care and stay safe.

Ann, thank you for mentioning the shipping issue. I'm sorry you get negative reviews about the shipping times. As you said, you have no control once the package is posted. I love seeing your videos and the beautiful things you produce. You are the only person I've seen posting videos that require no dies. I would be so sad if you quit international shipments, but I understand how you feel. I get the majority of my dies and stamps from the UK because we don't have all the wonderful products here that you have. I hope more people will realize how hard you work to take care of your clients.

What a gorgeous card! Sorry you got negative feedback on your shipments. You are so right, about not having control over the post. Especially when going out to other countries. Most demonstrators won't ship outside their own country for this reason and the higher cost.

As a general rule of thumb, packages take 7-9 weeks for delivery here in Aftica. Everything sooner is always a blessing. And I stiil enjoy my goodies 🙂

As someone in Aus, I always wait until at least 4 weeks to get anything from overseas. It's just slow! Nothing anyone can do about it, it's just how it works!
