INGREDIENTS:
500 g mutton
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
11/2 tsp white pepper powder
2 onions
12-13 almonds
14-15 broken cashews
1 tbsp melon seeds
1/3 cup cream or malai
4-4 cloves
4 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp kasuri methi
8-9 pepper corn
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup oil

I just tried this recipe just now. didn't have melon seeds nor matsuri mehti. made to go with mutter pulao. easy to make and the kids said it was yummy. It was very delicious. Thank you is much for sharing.

Awesome sach main. jise thora kam masala wala dish khana ho us ke liye ths receipe is prefect. bahut hi limited ingredients se ban sakta hai yea mutton ka dish. looks very delicious and yammy.
