I read somewhere that sugar is better than jaggery. Sugar is 99%+ sucrose whereas jaggery is around 70-85% sucrose. That means sugar can have atmost 1% contamination/chemicals wheres jaggery/gud can have up 20% milawat/chemicals. Also i read somewhere that general/mass production process of gud/jaggery making is very unhygienic and includes lot of chemicals as well. NOTE: sugar is better only in terms of added chemicals/contamination. Being high in sucrose, it will elevate blood sugar levels faster, so either avoid sugar/jaggery completely or limit intake

गुड़ फिर भी बेहतर है ऐसा नही साहब गुड़ हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहोत अच्छा है इसमें मिनरल्स पाए जाए हैं ये पाचक है गुड़ के प्रोसेसिंग में कोई केमिकल का यूज़ नही होता इसीलिए हम रोज गुड़ खाना चाहिए।

Muhje bhi yeh pata hai par kya karu jaise hi mithai samne aati hai mere haath aur muh dibba khali hone tak chalte hi rehte hai. N woh dibbe ke size par depend karta hai agar 250gm ka motichoor ke laddoo ka dibba ho toh woh 1-2 ghanto mein khatam ho jaata hai. Agar ghar mein aur koi khane mein interested na ho toh😂😂😂

जरूरत से ज्यादा कोई भी चीज हो, नुकसान करेगी ही, और सही मात्रा में भी चीनी लेने पर भी लोगो को मधुमेह हो जाता है, क्योंकि वो बहुत कम पसीना बहाते है, ना सुबह, शाम वॉक पर जाते है, ना किसी तरह की एक्सासाइज करते है, ना योग करते है, ना साइकलिंग करते है, ना कोई स्पोर्ट्स खेलते है, जिससे हमारे शरीर से कम पसीना निकलता है, और हमे मधुमेह हो जाता है, दिल खोल कर खाओ, मगर साथ में खूब वर्कआउट भी करो, साइकिल चलाओ, वॉक पर जाओ खुब, योग करो फिर कभी शुगर से संबंधित कोई बीमारी नही होगी।
