I love South Point. Their $1.50 hotdogs are actually good. Next to the sports book during the day. Its a hot dog stand from Chicago called Vienna Beef.

That was one delicious looking burger, Danny! I think, nowadays, $13 bucks for a premium burger and fries isn’t that bad. If you don’t have a coupon or special deal, Burger King can easily be similar money for the equivalent and that’s BK. No truffle or anything that fancy. Also, that was one helluva cheese pull! I like Steak n Shake burgers at South Point. I think there’s also a location in Henderson on Eastern that’s really inexpensive. The bun looked fluffy too!

I remember the Harrahs AC waterfront buffet had a steak section. the sign says "USDA BEEF" like as if that means anything at all!

Nice to see a burger that includes fries for the price. Most places on the strip give you a burger for $15 than the fries have to be ordered usually around $6

A Great Burger is worth the cost a bad Burger is not worth the Toilet Paper after the experience. Have you had steak at Jackson Pub or the Burger their

6 ounces is plenty of beef for me. Remember when the 4-ounce "quarter pounder" was consdiered a massive burger? Well this is 50% more beef. Lots of half-pounders around these days and that's just crazy. Love Steak & Shake, always had great food & great service there at the SP location.

I grew up on steak n shaked. great hamburger joint. double steakburger platter can't be beat. Chili and dogs are are great, too!!! :)

Both of our Steak and Shake joints in Reno went out of business. They were truly awful. The three times I went, I ordered a shake, and I did not once get the shake, and it took about 45 minutes to get the food. It was no more busy than the place you were visiting.

Due to the limited resources of my LV apt, I do not cook at home. There isnt enough space to properly cook. all shall be revealed in my Vegas Apt Video that is in the pre-production stage

Glad to see Steak 'n Shake getting some love. I really think they are one of the most underrated chains around - and I do think they are better than Shake Shack overall. But I do have two issues with that burger. One being I hate truffle. I hate it because everyone and their mother thinks adding it makes their food "elevated" and it just doesn't lol I don't think truffle tastes all that great to begin with, and it's SO overused in food these days. I mean Arby's of all places had that truffle thing a year or so ago. Like, Arby's really? Second, while I don't have much of a problem with the price of that burger, I do feel like you should get a slightly bigger burger and it should be made with a bit more care, because this one looked like they just slapped it together. Mind you, SnS is still a chain fast casual burger joint, so I don't expect Instagram worthy food to come out of the kitchen, but at least make it a bit more presentable. This is more of a knit pick than anything else though.

@ 1:05 menu says burger and fries are 240 cal. Not even close. Bun alone will be close to 200 cal. Fries 600-800 cal.❤

Nice looking burger! But as a cheap SOB, do you know what white truffle is supposed to taste like? I recently had a black truffle siu mai at a fancy place. I had no idea what the black truffle was supposed to taste like.
