This is a simple, yet high-end cheeseburger made from freshly ground ribeye steak, a beautiful steakhouse reduction, toasted parmesan cheese all on top of fresh-baked brioche buns, toasted with garlic herb butter! The patty was grilled over an open flame, while the buns and cheese were toasted on the Ballistic Griddle flattop. I cooked this burger using the Weber Kettle with a Craycort Cast-Iron grate.
