as to german riesling being mostly sweet, thats the stuff that mostly gets exported. Quite a lot of dry Riesling in the domestic market here.

I have only been in the industry a couple of years, only about 1.5 of them as a server and bartender, and I sometimes I still feel like every day bartending/serving is my first. There is such a vast constellation of knowledge to be learned in this profession and it seems you can never quite keep up, but videos like this one are great for us greens.
