yeah, I know. Sorry, I wasn't too clear with that. I misread his comment to think that he could already move pretty well. I missed the part about getting into shape. But yeah, I agree with you, it does take years to get into shape for this, but my philosophy is if you want to get into shape for one specific thing and build up your muscles for it, there's no better way than to do that specific thing. Thanks for the input though.
