Use oxyclean in the wash to keep the yellow away as long as possible but once the yellow starts only thing I’ve seen that works is scrubbing the collar ect with diluted bleach

Part of the issue with removing sweat stains is that there is oil mixed with sweat, and water is not by itself able to deal with oil very well. You can use some ammonia solution 1-3% is pretty anemic, 6% works well, 10% is what janitors might use. This will change the chemical compound of the oil molecules, allowing the water to remove them more effectively. Ammonia solution works well on organic materials, sweat/oil blood stains, grass stains. NOTE: Read all labels when using ammonia! The other thing you can try is laundry bluing dye. This counteracts the yellow colour in the fabric. My sweat yellows my do gi quite a bit. I find that regular maintenance by washing with ammonia is enough to keep things generally white. Every once in a while I do a six hour soak with Oxy white revive (the powdered stuff). I use an eleven gallon bucket, and I occasionally plunge my gi up and down to agitate the mix during the soak. This resets the gi to a very white condition. I have found that restoring is much more difficult than maintaining. Restoring from a slightly yellow condition is an order of magnitude easier than one that is badly yellowed. Also, make sure you water is soft. If you don't have a water softener, if you wash in hot water you can use Borax. If you use cold water (Borax is not particularly soluable in cold water), use a mixture of 1/3 Borax + 2/3 Arm & Hammer washing soda to soften the wash water. This is important, as otherwise the surfactants in your laundry soap will be bound up in the calcium and magnesium present in hard water. This will then also stay in the garment somewhat.

Try this instead, use a liquid laundry detergent mix distilled white vinegar 1:1 on a spray bottle and use it to pre soak then add a cup on ur wash. another one u can do is purchase hydrogen peroxide and use it as a pre spray ( this is basically like oxiclean but more potent) if this can't remove the stain u working on then bleach is ur next option...also when u pre spray, spray the outside and inside of the garment
