Allow me to disagree. I think wkuk sketchs have like an ilogicall idea, but inside that absurdity, things make sense. Its like they build up sketches with a very logical storyline, inside an absurd idea. Kind of like a logical ilogicallity (?, and thats what i love about wkuk. Monty python is way more random imo

@@PTMG I just looked it up - Sherpas make at least $2,000 per climbing 'season', considerably more than the median income of Nepal, which comes in at around $540 per year. If the sherpa die ( and oh boy do they die ) the government only gives the family 400$.

This is my absolute favorite WKUK sketch and I once designed a stupid T-shirt with Trevor on it that said "super crazy sexy cool" and I sent it to him on Twitter. He liked it & replied to me, was all around super nice. Just the fact that he takes the time to even reply to people sending him dumb shit... what a stand up guy. My heart is so broken right now. I loved him.

When I was younger, I thought this sketch was way too long and not that funny. Now, as an adult, I find it fucking hilarious. Act 2 absolutely killed me. Also I completely missed the joke where he never stops wearing his coat and hat, even when he goes into the volcano.

This might be one of their best sketches. So many little details make it so fucking ridiculous. The shot of Trevor flying away on the jet pack, the elevator music in the volcano, the implication that this kind of thing happens to Zach’s character all the time (“dad you were doing so good!”). Also I would happily listen to Trevor go on his “people like you” rant for another 20 minutes if given the opportunity.

Every time I see the WKUK it brings back memories of highschool. All the kids would show off youtube videos and have a "which video is funnier" contest. These sketch videos always won. I love how now, over 10 years later... It still hits just as hard. Haha I cannot wait for Mars to come out. I dont know how some millionaire hasn't already offered to pay for the entire movie.

When were you in high school? I started watching this show when I was in middle school, it was 2004-2006 and they were on Fuse (which played music videos) then they were on the IFC channel. I guess I only asked because they had an issue with IFC and their content being on KZfaq for a hot minute

I remember when I first saw this on tv years ago. I didnt appreciate the humor as much. I thought it was one of their weaker sketches. Years later I burned some herb and watched this sketch and it has forever changed the way i view it. Thank you wkuk and thank you herb for showing me the light. I love how they name the sherpa Tenzig. As the first sherpa to help the first dude to climb Mt.Everest, was named - Tenzig Norgay. He and Edmund Hillary were the first up there! Smart and funny. 😆 RIP - Trevor Moore.... ☮ ❤ 👍

The one thing I always wished I could have asked Trevor to do was to just give me like a solid 10 minutes of him doin the "People like YEW think THUH DEVIL" lines. One of my favorite things to quote from WKUK.

Trevor did an AMA on Reddit once and I asked him about this. He said it was because they just liked the hard-C sound, the same reason they re-used the name Caleb so often. Yeah. That's it.
