If only the truth was known. All these years on and it’s still not known whether there are children or not. We haven’t seen so we don’t know! Pay attetion clearly a d forget about the gossip. In order to be in the LOS , parliament and Queen/King need oficial birth certificates to go on. They are in the LOS, there is your answer. If they have the right to be there, first your Queen (archie), now your King (lilibet), think they do and you the people have to accept it. It is what it is.

The people have a right to see the validation signatures, that every ‘legitimate’ member of the Royal Family showed on the BP announcements until A&L. Especially as KP announced that M had given birth via surrogate, then quickly took it down. H&M have scammed the Monarchy and the Monarchy are scamming the people, if they were put in the LOS because of blackmail, or fear for H’s mental health, as opposed to a genuine right to be there. HLMQE should never have put A in without all the legal criteria being met. Even the birth certificates appear to be fraudulent as there is no record of a child matching L’s and A’s was changed and is now hidden unlike all legitimate Royal birth certificates. This mess needs to be put right asap for the future of the monarchy. We need a generation we can trust, unlike previous ones 🙄

Under English law, a child born by surrogacy is considered illegitimate. A judge would have to decide on custody between the birth father and the birth mother. Normally the father's wife would adopt the child but maybe in this case the surrogate mother refused to sign adoption papers.

Lady C says the children are Harry's but also that Meghan is the legal mother. If born to a surrogate both parents would have to adopt even if one is the biological parent. I don't see how the child can be returned to the birth mother if there has been an adoption.

This sounds more like the case than anything and the girl being conceived and Born in the USA would set up different laws than being Born in the UK!! Can anyone imagine in later years the trauma that these children may go through as result of what has been going on because it will be recorded in history that's for sure. I really think that Harry doesn't know the half of it because from all we read and have read he loves children he certainly did love Williams. If it is an adoption or a surrogate the "new parents" are listed on the birth certificate. The original with true parents name are sealed away out of public sight. It takes a court to release the original paperwork. And if any of the parties are alive, then it's very expensive and a battle to get orginal paperwork. CA. Laws are awful.

A Doctor would NOT release information about the baby. In the US there is the health privacy law HIPAA. It would be a HIPAA violation for ANY Doctor to release any information about the baby. A Doctor can lose their license and be sued for releasing information.

It is weird, and also there used to be a rumour that there was twins and one died ( lili presumably ) and so they have the remaining twin. Also I have heard there is a Lilibet death cert but it is in another state. Who knows they have spun so much garbage around this issue, it is past time the truth came out regarding the children.

Yes, I have been wondering lately whether Archie was born here in UK. It would explain the "changed so much in two weeks" comment. If he was from a surrogate here then he would have to have been adopted whether or not both 'parents' were donors as he would be classed as illegitimate. This is what makes me wonder if he was born elsewhere other than UK.

I read yesterday (here in Oz) that Muggles took Lili in the stroller when all hell broke loose when another women grabbed Lili out of the stroller, yelling “give me my biological daughter, she’s mine”. What really enrages me is that Harry was bleating on about how King Charles was not a good father to him, but what is he doing to his children now? Both of them go here and there and everywhere without their children which is very bad for building trust with them. In my eyes they're not good parents. Shanta, please remember there are legal restrictions preventing the release of private medical information without the subject's consent (or that of parents if the individual is a child). Any person or institution releasing such data would be subject to fines and/or criminal prosecution, and a medical professional would most likely be disbarred.. I understand that when then-Princess Elizabeth was due to give birth to Charles, her father KGVI removed the legal requirement for a senior politician to be physically present in the delivery room to witness the birth of a royal heir. MM refused to use the royal medical team (using her own team) and I believe there are no doctor witness signatures on the birth certificates which I believe is not illegal, just unprecedented. The birth certificates of royal babies since Archie & Lili have all had dr signatures. So the RF cannot release any information about Lili even if they have it, and most likely they don't have it and can't compel it.

True but the Royal Family should not have played along. If my child, let alone my grandchild, released a fake photo of me, I would expose them. I am surprised the late Queen tolerated this. Didn't need to explain; just withdraw all photos and put a statement out.

@@ginathomas7813 I don't disagree at all, but I think there's a lot the RF would have done differently with the benefit of hindsight. My best guess? They didn't know the half of what they were letting themselves in for, but very quickly learned. If the RF had withdrawn photos what statement could they make without revealing personal info, given MM's allegations of racism towards Archie that reverberated globally against the RF courtesy of Oprah. Maybe that's why MM made such a garbled mess of it - it didn't matter that it was all fake and lies, generating the bad clicks damage was all she needed to do to seriously damage the RF in the short term. BUT, what is crystal clear is HMTLQ never had her photo taken with Archie after they left the UK and never ever had her photo taken with Lili. So there is that.

Anyway, children change as they grow. My daughter's hair was very blonde when she was younger but by the teen years she was brunette and has stayed that way so Meghan, unfortunately, will be stocking up on hair colour for the poor child and coloured contact lenses if her eye colour changes. Call me crazy, but I don't think the child in dispute here is the original Lily. The original Lily is actually a child named Mary Diana whom Meghan and Harry intended to adopt but failed to after the birth mother fell out with Meghan, and she chose a different set of adoptive parents for the girl. So maybe that's the undoing of a contract you picked up on, and that queen of cups is the adoptive mother. So whomever the child is that Harry and Meghan would battle over in the event of a divorce isn't even "Lily". What a mess.
