Have you defeated the Blood Starved Beast yet? If not go back to the machine gun guy, in my first playthrough I also got stuck after Gascoigne and didnt know what to do after. Kill the boss in that area, then a door will open in Cathedral Ward, go up there and dont climb the stairs but instead go around the first floor and then parkour down. Goodluck Hunter! Oh you did everything. Nice!
