Let's see which characters can break King K. Rool's Buffed Belly Super Armor (as of Ver. 8.0.0) with just one move. Moves that hit multiple times (like Zelda's FSmash) are allowed as long as the hits connect automatically without further player input.

Echo fighters that couldn't do anything different from their base fighters were left out to save you time. Keep in mind that everyone had the 1v1 damage multiplier here. Without that, even more characters can't do it. Edit: With the 1v1 multiplier, Byleth can do it with her Down Smash. This got messed up during editing because I originally wanted to exclude the multiplier here. Mac can do it too with his Down angled FSmash & the multiplier. I unfortunately forgot that, I'm sorry for the mistakes.

What happened with Little mac Foward smash? And Byleth reverse down B? If you do it with ganondorf why don't Byleth? Edit: You can angle the foward smash of Little mac and the down version is more stronger

Byleth should be in that tier too. Creator of this video forgot to turn on stale moves in training mode so you dont get freshness bonus like you would in an actual match. Byleths downsmash, down B, and fully charged bow all break it when fresh. Proof: imgur.com/a/t8pwqXG

It would appear that the breaking point for K. Rool is around 18.4% damage. Even ones that made a solid 18% still couldn’t break and daze him. The others who managed to hit harder but didn’t daze him were attacks that hit multiple times, rather than one super strong one.

I'm actually happy I came across this video. One thing that explains why certain characters pop the belly while others don't: K. Rool's belly has an HP count of 18. Every time the belly takes damage, the damage is halved between K. Rool and his belly. Ex: If the damage taken is 30%, fifteen goes to K. Rool, and fifteen to his belly. His belly has 3 hp now, and thus can only take light hits or should refrain from armored attacks altogether for a short while. That's why some attacks popped the belly: if the damage touches it exceeds 36%, it pops.

Yeah I mean ness hit hard for his size of character actually he does a lot of damage. He is a small character he shouldn't hit like a heavy. Also k rool doesnt do nearly that damage to the belly himself. But I think k rools belly slam can break it.

For simplicity you need to deal more than 18% damage. Byleth fails at exactly 18% while ness succeeds with an 18.4%

Close. A move needs to do 36.02% in order to break it. Half of that damage goes to the armor and half of that damage goes to king k rool himself. Byleths down B (WITH STALE MOVES OFF, he forgot to turn on stale moves. In an actual match down B does 37.8%) has a base damage of 36.00% so it didnt break.
