Jolly not taking Reyes and piazza early are glaring mistakes. But it ended up fair considering him and shelfy had a mess up with their own teams.

Dumb question but how do they handle for division changes in this game? They added a central division in the 90s. I forget whether there was always an East/west before then. Is it just what division the team is in now? Like the Astros moved from the NL central to the AL west.
