However, there's a slight twist! It's going to be Chinese ingredient themed pizza. In other words, Pizza with our own Chinese twist. We're not eating Chinese Food, but we're trying to create our own in a sense. The challenge is to go to the grocery store, shop for chinese ingredients, and see what you can come up with. We won't have any Chinese food recipes or any how to cook or how to make chinese food videos helping us. This is making Chinese food at home. So it'll all be a challenge of creativity. There's no Chinese Pizza Recipe or anything like that. So let's see how it goes! Stay till the Taste Test!
Also note that they do have like a Chinese Pizza Hut, and they actually do have Pizza in China. It's just regular pizza. Actually if anything it's better than what we have in North America lol. Hong Kong Pizza hut has lobster!

I know this was made a few months back, and I'm very new to this channel. I found this channel about two weeks ago, and I loved it. I'm actually a chef, and that Sheldon, if he did things just a little different, that pizza could've been amazing. But im a thai chef, who started in a French kitchen, moved to Italian, then Greek. I often use a fusion of flavors, and this video was one of my favorites so far. I remember almost every recipe I like, and most of my friends are Chinese/thai, and we eat basically all of those ingredients all the time, unless they ask me for Italian food, or any other cuisine. Sheldon! You did something there! Also, Edward, your flavour combination was bold, and yet they seemed to enjoy it. Mike, I used to make pizzas every day, but specifically specialty pizzas in Italian restaurants. You're pizza was intense. The dough is not something you can easily do within your given time frame. You all made my day.

I was thinking, Edward should have panfried the zong in a pancake form till crispy first then it should hold and stick together. I worked in a Japanese restaurant and they chilled rice in a pancake form till firm then battered and fried it and made sushi pizza. Also another great way if using rice as a base.

Omg this sounds fun! I have no clue if this will work but I want to try making a Chongqing hotpot pizza 😮 Probably gonna use pizza dough, then create a napa cabbage on top of it. Gonna “glue” the pieces together somehow. Then in a separate pot, cook/prepare some 火鍋底料. Then put it into the cabbage bowl while hot and add ingredients (such as enoki mushrooms, beef slices, etc.) then a small amount of chicken broth. Bake it above boiling point so that the bit of soup in there boils and cooks the ingredients while the dough and stuff cooks too. Only thing to make sure is that the cabbage seals the soup in enough before the soup evaporates and to balance the rate of heating between the dough and liquid. This should be a fun summer project 😂
