It was Bo Katan. She told Ahsoka that Thrawn's apprentice is on Corvus, and so Ahsoka has arrived. It's all taking place a few weeks before that episode

Someone may have answered these for you already, but 1) YES - you do see that guy in the Ahsoka episode of Mandalorian. 2) YES - that was Bo-Katan's voice over the com.

With the bridge being located in the upper half of the ship, the officer's quarters were located right below it.

Yeah that was Bo Katan/Katie Sackoff! Yeah that guy gives Mando info as he enters town and then the guy becomes mayor afterwards. I think they burnt the forest down in case there were other Reps in the woods. That wasn't particularly well dramatized though so...

1- the guy was the villager who told Mando to not talk to the villagers and got “promoted” to magistrate at the end 2- according to the subtitles it was Bo Katan, yes

The point of burning the trees was A) she got irked by the Republic rep and had the whole ‘My world’s been burning since I was a child’ shtick, and B) those lousy citizens have been getting too uppity over the years and need a good dose of fear to quash their ambition and get them working doubly hard on that hyperdrive ring.

yes, the villager is in the Mando episode and yes, it is Bo Katan as Katee was on the big thing yesterday and I was curious about her upcoming projects and saw her listed for this episode on her imdb.

Bo-Katan tells Mando that he can find Ahsoka there. It's after she has him help take over that ship and ask the captain about the dark saber. The man at the end is the man who tries to help the people when Elsbeth tells the guards to start executing everyone. He calls out to him when the killer Droid parkors behind him and at the end is named the new leader.

That was indeed Bo Katan at the end of. I doubted myself too, but I’d know that voice anywhere and I confirmed my suspicions after another listen or two. So now we know how Ahsoka finds out. And that governor guy is in Mando and he does kinda help.

I think the point of burning the trees along with the sight of a destroyed ship is basically Morgan saying "Since you nimwits from the New Republic arent thinking hard enough, see this? That means Im still an Imperial and GTFO"

The one heard at the end in the communicator is Bo-Katan Kryze, the one who gives her voice is Katee Sackhoff, the Bo from Mando's Live Action

This episode is just a microcosm of how the New Republic has been portrayed: Well meaning, but naive to the point of stupidity. I guess that was their answer to the question "How EXACTLY do we get from the overthrow of The Empire, to the point where the New Republic got destroyed by the First Order?"... make em' dumb.

I think he was talking about the transmission of the Death Star plans at the end of Rebel One. But even so: I think it was an alignment issue in that case, not the size or strength of the transmitter.

I mean, think about it. The reason why the new Republic is going so soft is because they literally just came out of a 25 year dictatorship, led by an evil sithlord, so they are trying to tread lightly and not force people to join the new Republic. It's very idealistic, but they are trying to use as little force as possible, which makes sense, but it can get frustrating. But this is how freedom and democracy works
