This season finale was great and I had tears well up when Scott is talking to Nathan, as it hit me right in my Dad feels. All the cameos were awesome too and what's great about animation is they can show a character and don't have to have an actor or actress cast to play them. I was literally like "WHAT!? CLOAK & DAGGER!?!" when Cloak teleported in. Easily the best Marvsl content I've seen in years I can not wait for Season 2 AND I would loose my SHIT if they brought the Spider-Man animated series back too. Just do the thing Marvel, I'm hear for it.

What's making me nuts is that we didn't see when/where Wolverine, Storm, and Morph are! I can't believe we're going to have to wait at least a year to find out.

I LOOOOOVE BATMAN, but season 1 of Xmen 97 is going to go down in history as the greatest single season of an animated show EVER.

The chorus of always a twist at the end is VERY close to the giggle.

sadly no Onslaught but maybe season 3. funny how they teased it, though.

This show was fantastic! The Beast's last line "Oh Dear!" says it all for the next season. Yes Disney keep going, don't stop and don't change the script writers! The dialog in this show is amazing. As we know from movies that have failed, action doesn't make a show. It is the story, the dialog, the action and everything else that is "Cartoon" has! 10/10

This show deserves all the Emmys but it won't get nominated because "cartoons" aren't taken seriously.

I said this once before somewhere else, but Nathan is Jean's son. As Madeline's DNA is Jean's, Madeline almost becomes a surrogate for Jean. In the comics; when baby Nathan was infected, Madeline was already gone, and the baby only knew of Jean as his mother. The Tales of Cyclops and Phoenix limited series Trek's m tells the tale of Scott and Jean traveling to the future and taking care of baby Nathan. So they got to spend time raising their son after all. And it looks like we will see that story here. The only difference is that Morph and Logan are with them in the future, but the past. That complicates things.

That's not fair Jay. The Cloak & Dagger show was good. The first season was a bit rocky yes, but the second season was way better. Mainly because the villain wasn't a faceless corporation but still, it was good.

I've never seen the original X-Men or even the full thing of this new one but I kept hearing about moments so watched reactions on KZfaq and now I want to watch the full thing! It seems a lot better and surprisingly more mature than I thought! I really want to see what the rest is like now lol

This was really good as far as action and wrapping up the season were concerned. It still doesn't hit the highs that more emotionally complex episodes earlier in the season hit, but it definitely didn't trip crossing the finish line!

I feel that other than Wanda vision and Moon Knight this has been the best Marvel show since Disney plus started. As someone who grew up watching X-Men the animated series I am very happy with how this is going. X-Men and Batman were the biggest animated shows in the 90s and as a 90s child I will always have love for these two shows specifically

It's amazing how much this show has raised the bar for continuations of old cartoon series. I mean, i enjoyed the reboot/restart of Masters of the Universe well enough, but the two shows don't really compare. Every other show where they try that will now have to be that much better because the comparison is definitely going to be made. Here's hoping, anyway.
