It's ashamed they tested the chicken bites rather than the tenders. The bites are horrible and have a cereal without milk taste to them when they get colder. The tenders, on the other hand, are fire.

Honestly they should do a tenders tierlist. They’ll have to substitute some of the places since I don’t think McDonalds or Burger King have anything close to tenders. I know Dairy Queen does and so does Carl’s Jr/Hardees. Checkers would get a redemption as a dark horse no one thought could do good.

Honestly Sonic is such a hit or miss. I went to one in the middle of nowhere expecting the worst and really got one of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever had. Plus the popcorn chicken is decent, meanwhile I’ve went to the one down the street from me and got absolute slop.

As someone who used to work at popeyes, I love all the speculation about tempura and binders when we just used the exact same breading as we did with our normal chicken

As another popeyes employee, it is actually a different breading from the wings and thighs. We have a regular chicken breading and a sandwhich breading. We use the sandwich breading and batter for nuggets, and regular breading and batter for tenders. It's why they taste different even though it's both chicken breast.

It’s because the stomach is using up so much energy so it probably uses the brain power to digest the food better. That’s why you always feel sleepy/like shit after a big meal, because ur body is rushing to digest it all n get nutrients. Which there isn’t much in processed foods so it doesn’t get much back for spending so much energy. But yummy food

I realize there is a lot of inconsistency in fast food chains. Checkers was a surprise. The one by me had nuggets that were 3x the size and had the fry seasoning. I had a horrible Wendy’s experience on a vacation, yet where I live they all slap. That is the one thing I’ve noticed from these, bad management. Glad some G’s made it through.

Since this is a chicken related video, I must make my required post about honey. It's easily the most underrated dipping "sauce" for nuggies and chicken, in general. Even better if the chicken is breaded/fried but baked is great, as well. The sweet and salty combination is perfect. Please try it, if you haven't.

You are absolutely correct! Honey is fantastic on fried chicken. When I get a chicken biscuit at Chik fil A I always put honey on it.

Mikes hot honey is a god send on chicken. We use it at marcos for a couple different items but a light drizzle of that on a lightly sauces buffalo wing is absolutely immaculate. It has that smokey honey flavor too.

I was absolutely shocked that the Checker's popcorn chicken wasn't Sonic. Every time I've had popcorn chicken from Sonic, at least half of them are extremely dry and barely have any meat.
