Group B is the toughest, the group of death. Spain is current Nation's cup winner. Italy is the winner of the last Euro. Croatia was 2nd in the Nations cup final, and 3rd in the last World Cup. Albania is no pushover, they were better than Poland and Czechia in their qualifying group.

As an Italian, he/she is correct tbh. Albania have an Italian mngr and coaching team, players who slso play in Serie A.

Facing Spain, Croatia and Italy is something entirely different from perennial underachievers like Czech Rep and Poland eh. People sleep on Italy but even in their bad times they've only lost ONE of their last 9 Euro group stages matches, and two of the last 18.

England and Belgium have the easiest groups, by far - then that's something we're used to now. It's good for their chances but I reckon interest and public viewership for those groups will be absolutely dire, who other than people from these countries will want to watch England-Slovenia and Belgium-Slovakia? Such groups are no good for the interest of a competition. Group B has the doom merchants out, but this is what competitive football is all about: you want to see matches between good teams, not groups which look like they've been copy-pasted from the UEFA Nations League C.

"Poland and Czech Rep": yeah, great benchmarks indeed. Remind us what are their recent achievements in football? Getting to the 1/4 finals of a competition is like a major win for them, even in their worst times Croatia and Italy wipe the floor with such teams.

Dude we Spain have one of the finest group. Our current crop can destroy Albania and Italy. We may have a hard time against Croatia though but we will win. But I agree England has the best group possible for them. Maybe Belgium can also be counted. Germany? Not sure.
