I was raised by a single mother that would save up money to take me to disneyland probably every other year. We couldn't afford much more than a frozen banana each and a churro each plus the tickets. We would pack a lunch and put them in the lockers at the front of the park because they didn't let you bring food or drink in at the time. Now she works for Disney and we get in for free. We both have great jobs that allow us to enjoy all the amenities, but nothing will ever beat when I was a kid, walking into the park, and just being overwhelmed by the transportation into this fantasy world. I love watching your videos, they make me want to go back to Disney and I'm sure families like mine that budget for these types of trips truly appreciate your help navigating these parks. Thanks P

I remember staying at the grimiest, damp motels. My mom would bring a rice cooker and we would eat dinner in the motel. We only had one snack at the park because it was all too expensive. Very thankful to my dad who brought us every year despite being poor.

The most important thing that I want to share with you about myself is the positive impact that your videos have had on my mental health. I was trying to keep myself together during the pandemic while learning to be a first-time mom and helping a husband who was dealing with pandemic-induced agoraphobia. I spiraled so hard that there are days that I’m not sure I’d still be here if it wasn’t for my kiddo. I found your channel while watching videos of people at Disneyland because there were days where watching people enjoy my favorite place was the only way I could feel cheerful. I got to the point that I’d turn on a video each day just to hear you or Amanda tell me (because you’re talking to me, right?) tell me how awesome I am and it helped me pull me out of my spiral because it helped me to realize that there is still a lot of happiness and good in this world - even if it doesn’t seem like it (especially when you focus too much on the unhappy things). I hope that, whenever I finally get to bring my kiddo to Disneyland, that you and your family will be there so that I can tell you in person how much your videos have helped me turn back into my happy, goofy, bubbly self. ❤

Hi Chris, I am from San Diego! I actually took a class at UC Irvine on Disneyland, and one of our assignments was to write about a Vlogger! I choose you and binged several of your videos. But since then, I've been hooked on your videos. But most importantly I wanted to say that watching your videos has really helped me mentally. I struggle with really bad anxiety, and your vlogs help me mentally calm down and come back to my normal self. So, thank you so much for all the excellent content you make!

I live now in Sin City Las Vegas and went to Disneyland for the first time in 28 years this last St Patrick's day also the day before. My youngest son was the rebel spy in Star Tours and it had me teary eyed the magic that happened those two days.

Thank you Chris for genuinely caring about your friends on KZfaq! My parents instilled my obsession with Disney since I was born, as we lived an hour away from WDW in Orlando. Through their divorce and all hardships in life growing up, Disney was always my safe haven and where I went to be happy and also remember happy times. I spent my first year anniversary last year in Disneyland (and binged on your videos before going) and we are spending our second year on 10/17 in the Poly at WDW and I couldn’t be happier that my husband now enjoys Disney with me 😁 thank you for your videos and dedication to this channel!

My favorite Disney World memory. Sept 8, 2020. I was in line for Rock n’ Roller Coaster. I was by myself because my lovely wife (MLW) doesn’t do roller coasters (instead, she was at the Beauty and the Beast theater listening to a concert). As I was looking around to pass the time I see Chris and Amanda in line right behind me! Well, six feet behind me because of the Covid rules. Chris had me get my phone out and record a video of him and Amanda saying hello to MLW. Both of you were so kind and friendly. Truly a great Disney memory for me!!!

A month after meeting my wife Angela, my best friend and I planned a trip to Disneyland. He had come home on leave from the navy. Angela had never been to Disneyland before so I decide to invite her. I wasn’t really big into Disney but bringing her for the first time and seeing the way her eyes sparkled at every little detail really reignited my love of Disney again. i am a 50-something with a lifelong love of disney. since i had kids, we typically go to dl every 2-5 years. in 2021, with the pandemic suffocating us all, i made the decision to fly from az to fl to take my 17-year-old son to wdw for the first time. honestly, we needed the break from reality and some fun for our mental health. some people thought i was crazy, or even irresponsible, but we wore our masks, disinfected everything and had a blast! it was during the pandemic that i started watching disney-related vlogs and i’ve been hooked ever since. they provide insight and info., yes, but mostly they just make my heart happy. provost park pass is so much fun and i just love your focus on positivity. so, let me just say, you are awesome!!! thank you for what you do. ❤️

Dear Chris and Amanda, I have been going to Disneyland for as long as I can remember. My parents would pack us up in the family station wagon and we would drive across country to the park every year. I have been going since the ticket books and now I use an app for my tickets and all stuff Disney. I am an Army Veteran, a LEO Veteran, a Protector, a Father, a Widower, a Traveller, a Lover, a Dreamer, and a Disneyland Officianato. My favorite time at Disneyland is everytime I took someone there for their first time. My newest favorite memory was yelling out loud "Provost Park" while next to the Millennium Falcon at Chris while he was recording. Chris immediately stopped what he was doing and zeroed in on me. He came directly over to where I was and greeted me with a warm smile and a shake of our hands. We talked for a moment and that moment became a fond memory of the park. Chris is genuinely a genuine person and my only regret is that I completely forgot to ask for a photo with him. If you get a chance to read this, "Thank you to you and Amanda for bringing content that is entertaining and genuine. I look forward to your videos and the different content you present." Your Friend, Alex

I grew up in SoCal, & Disneyland was my happy place when I was 16-18 yrs. old & my father & hero was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. I had a resident pass (the golden age lol) & my best friends & I would go to the park 2x a week. It was my happy escape, just as I like to think Walt wanted. Disneyland provided me refuge in the hardest time of my life. Although my father couldn’t remember my name anymore, anytime I was in the park, I’d remember my dad convincing as a kid to be brave enough to go down splash Mt. & the haunted mansion. Although as a teen I was dealing with big life hardships- Anytime I was in the park, I was allowed to be a kid again. Thank you Provost for giving a platform for me to share this 🧡✨

Hi, Chris! Several years ago, my wife took me to Disneyland for my birthday. A cast member overheard the two of us talking about how old I was turning and they offered me a nice little birthday pin to put on my shirt… I must’ve had 50 people that day walk by me and wish me a happy birthday after they noticed the pin. I really enjoyed the general friendliness of all the people in the park that day. I ended up going on the Winnie The Pooh ride for the first time and was super surprised when, toward the end of the ride, Tigger and Piglet and the rest of the gang were also wishing me a happy birthday. I was so amazed that the cast members were somehow able to see my birthday pin and have the characters on the ride wish me a happy birthday. When I expressed my joy of this to my wife, she burst into laughter as she explained that theme of the ride was Pooh’s birthday. Then we both laughed together about my bubbly imagination…. It was a really funny moment of a very nice birthday.

Thanks for your videos. My 29 year old son is a moderately high functioning autistic adult. One of the things that he loves is Disney and your videos bring him pure joy. He loves Disney history and oddities, so you are right up his alley (not that YOU are an oddity). He has been lucky enough to visit every Disney Park in the world in the last 7 or 8 years. This was made possible by the 3 years we lived in Singapore, so Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo we much easier from there. The last park he visited was Paris when he and my wife made a trip there just before COVID lockdown. Carpe Diem! His first park was Disneyland ads my wife and I both grew up in Orange County so it was familiar and easy. And we try to hit Disney World every couple of years. His favorite park? Disney Sea in Japan (ours too!). We first realized his interest in Disney attraction history on one of our first visits to Disney Land when he had us go out of our way to find the abandoned Tyrolean Baskets station tucked up behind trees so you wouldn't see it if you didn’t know that it was there. And while it's gone now, our memories aren't. So keep up what you are doing and it is EXACTLY what Christopher loves. Keep showing us those things that are hidden in plain sight that we never sea. Don't let up on the history of the attractions. And you can keep the dad jokes--I love them and sometime claim them as my own. Again, THANK YOU.

Hi from AZ, homeschooling Mom of 2! Best Disney trip ever--a bird pooped on my head. I kid you not! It was not quite 8 years ago. We took my then 4 year old for his birthday and this massive flock of birds sat in the trees by Mr Lincoln over the meet Mickey line and totally got me. I was so grossed out, ran to the bathroom. A lady in there said, "Well, some people believe it's good luck." Just after, we headed to CA Adv, rode the Mickey Wheel swinging buckets (1st and only time). My kiddo freaked out and I felt really sick. I had to flag the ride operator down to stop. He kindly let us off and said it happens all the time. Then I continued feeling sick even though we were off.... bought a pregnancy test on the way back to the hotel and it turns out I was pregnant! The docs said I wouldn't be blessed with another baby. BEST day at Disney ever! (I think I did comment that on your Mickey Wheel video a while back cause, though I'll never ride it again-- I have great, albeit queasy, memories!)

Hello to all I don’t live in America. I am an Education Support Officer at a primary school. I support children who are on the autism spectrum, have learning difficulties and I have recently learnt Braille to assist a student. I have been at my current workplace for the last 20 years. I love my job!!! The children help keep me young at heart. We were in lockdown for a long time during the pandemic. Finally, my family and I were able to come to Disneyland for the very first time in June this year. It was truly my childhood and adult dream come true. My daughter was proposed to in Cars Land. That’s how much we all love Disneyland. I loved all the rides, parades (especially the MSEP), the food and the happiness that you can truly feel whilst there. We can’t wait to go back. Hopefully we’ll be back in 3 years. Until then, your videos will be my little, happy, virtual visits. 🥰

Never been to Disneyland but been a huge WDW fan since my girls first went at 4 & 2. Favorite memory: My then 6 yr old daughter dancing w Timon during Lion King Show in Animal Kingdom.

Favorite Disneyland memories. 1). Visiting as a child with cousins, aunts and uncles and grandparents. 2). Seeing a Make-a-Wish moment where a family interacted with a lot of costumed cast-members. At first some of the spectators were a little irritated that this one family was getting so much attention, but as they realized what was happening, they changed and stayed to watch and applauded the cast when it was all done. 3). Instant ball. I was eating at the Jolly Holiday when a little girl dressed as a princess asked some other girls dressed as princesses to dance and the cast members rearranged the furniture to make room as other princesses joined in. 4). Entertainer for a day. Once there was a juggler entertaining us in Fantasyland. He dropped the balls and I tossed them back to him like a juggler would, and he tossed the balls back to me and taught me how to pass a ball from one juggler to another. 5). Seeing the Provost family as they were heading into the park for The Merriest Night. You guys were on a mission, but you still took time to talk for the few moments you had available.

Chris you can do a kids Saturday morning show and you'd be better at it and more fun than some of the people that do kids shows now. You are a mentor a teacher and a leader, mega talented and a joy to watch on KZfaq. You are the best! The world needs more good people like you. YOU are special and YOU ARE AMAZING! My grandfather used to work at Disneyland as a fireman, he was a retired LA city fireman. The park was several years old when I was born. I used to go there all the time with my sister when we were little and we rode the Merry go Round regularly and we loved fantasy land. I've been to Disneyland so many times that it is like home to me. The park brings me peace because I feel so at home, and it brings me comfort in knowing that my kids and grandkids can walk the same streets that I walk and see all the same wonderful things that I love in Disneyland. I'm being tested for cancer on Friday, and I'm a few years younger than Walt was when he passed, so loving the park, walking in it and sitting in it brings me peace, as do your videos. Thank you so much for your videos!

Hello adorable Provost family!! Most of my family members call me Angie. I am married and have 1 daughter who is the sunshine of my life! I have loved Disneyland since forever!!!! I have only ever lived in California thus far. My favorite Disney memory (besides taking our daughter to Disneyland for the first time when she was 3) has to be when my grandpa (who we called Nono because we are mostly Italian) went with us to Disneyland. I was very very close to him and I remember riding the carousel with him standing next to me making sure I didn’t fall off. Every time I go to Disneyland I can feel him there like a big hug! Disneyland is more than an amusement park for me, it’s my hometown, where my favorite childhood memories come alive again and again. Thank you for your videos we love them and watch them all the time! Your family is so sweet and fun!! Much thanks and hugs!!!!

I’m a father of an 8 yr old girl and 6 yr old girl about to be 7. Married to my wife of 4yrs (who is also my best friend) we are a blended family and we love it. I took my wife to Disneyland for her FIRST TIME EVER back in March of 2020. She FELL IN LOVE with it. She even yelled out-loud while on splash mountain “I’m having my Disney moment!” It was adorable. We took our girls to Disneyland for THEIR first time the December right before the pandemic and they also FELL IN LOVE. They got to dance with goofy together and made memories that will last forever. Next year we took them to Disneyworld and they (and us as well) LOVED Epcot (we all love food). Going to universal this December but we are all 4 of us, counting down the days where we can get back to Disneyland. 😁

Hey Chris, I am a self proclaimed "disnerd" that has been going to the parks since I was 18 mo old. I've been to Disneyworld 4 times and Disneyland over 20 times (I lost count). For the past two decades I've been going to Disneyland almost once a year and just love it so so so much. I work with special needs kids in their homes, helping to teach them daily living skills, and we do community outings and I've even taken one of my kiddos and their family to Disneyland twice now!!! BEST trip ever! Seeing my kiddo overcome his sensory challenges to laugh and smile alongside me on Thunder Mountain is the BEST feeling EVER!!! You know what else is the BEST? YOU! I love your encouraging and kind words in every video. They often make me emotional. You must just have the biggest heart. I'm very grateful for you.

My favorite Disneyland memory was going with my entire family (dad, mom, husband, my 2 step kids, sister and brother in law and nephew). My parents had never been to Disneyland and my dad had such a blast. That was the last time I saw him. He passed away 3 months after that trip. I'm thankful I got to have some wonderful and happy memories with my dad before he passed away.

Hi! I'm originally from California, just a drive away from Disneyland. My father was there opening day with his mom, dad, and brothers - so Disneyland has played a big role in our lives. I've been many times and got to visit Disney World with my father and the whole family as a gift from his father, who died about six months later. About a year ago, we had a trip planned but had to cancel because of the pandemic. Now dad's health is horrible. I don't think we'll get to see it again together, which breaks my heart. But seeing your joy in the parks brings me so much joy! So thank you.

Hi Chris! Sorry I had to leave your Patreon. My financial situation changed. But one of my favorite Disneyland memories was walking through the main gates for the first time during Spring Break 2004. I spent years before that watching old Disneyland vacation planning videos on VHS. The feeling of finally being at Disneyland physically for the very first time was absolutely incredible! Plus, I'll be going back to Disneyland by myself again from the end of November through early December this year which I'm SUPER excited about. I haven't been back since 2018. Back in July, I attended the Pacific Northwest Mouse Meet which is an unofficial Disney fan event in Washington State. Had a ton of fun with that and will be attending all future events they put on! I got to meet the voices of Disneyland and few wonderful Imagineers there too! I do still have a day job. However, I reduced my hours so I would have more time to focus on my KZfaq channel. It's my dream to be able to do KZfaq full time someday. I've been working with a couple consultants for that the past several months. Aside from Disney, I love watching movies especially horror movies. I love spooky stuff. I have a large collection of movie themed graphic t-shirts too.

My first clear memory of Disneyland is September, 1969. It was just after the Haunted Mansion had opened to the public. I remember the drive from Corona, Ca. with my aunt (who loved everything Disney). There were billboards advertising the Mansion everywhere! We even saw live action characters of the hitchhiking ghosts on the corner of Katella and Ball. I was 4 and had grown up on a steady diet of Wonderful World of Disney. When we finally got inside (it seemed like forever) we went straight to the Mansion. It scared me senseless!!! You have to remember, it was the '60's. There was no internet, no video games, cell phones or any other sensory input beyond the 4 main tv channels so the technology in the Mansion was pretty scary for a 4 year old back then. For the 50th anniversary of the Mansion I was in Ca and decided to drop into the parks. I went to rope drop and managed to ride HM 3 times in a row in honor of the Mansion and my aunt who had recently passed- but not before she had instilled a love for everything Walt Disney in me.

Disney has offered me a lot of memories over the years, but the most important aspect of it all has been that it has always given me something to look forward to. I'm diagnosed with a condition that can put me at really low points mentally throughout my life. When I'm at a low, I often tell myself "I have to get through this so I can visit Disney again!" So, visits to Disney just bring me so much joy and fulfillment that I powered through yet another low. With that said, I want you to know that those statements of encouragement you insert in your videos are wonderful and I'm an absolute fan of it. Yes, they may break the flow of a video, but there are people out there that can use your words to start their 180 to feeling better (maybe, like myself, working towards that next Disney trip!). I love your videos and many of your facts give me new things to look forward to seeing on my next trip 😄

I live in New Zealand, but used to live in the UK. When my daughters were 10 and 8 yrs old, we took them to DisneyWorld Florida. This was a big thing for us, as we had never been overseas before. It was 1999, and we arrived the day after a hurricane! It was October and was a special anniversary i believe in DisneyWorld. The girls loved it, as we had kept it a complete secret before we left. They thought they were just going to the english seaside! Both of them loved the Rock n Roller Coaster, as did I, but their favourite thing about the holiday was Downtown Disney. We went there every night of the two week holiday, and spent a fortune. We then drove down to Port Richey and stayed there for a week, so it was a once in a lifetime holiday, and we loved it~! Hi Chris! I am an older fan of yours. I remember, when I was a little kid, around 1966 or 1967, my father had a beautiful Disneyland brochure on his bookshelf, filled with paintings of the forthcoming developments of this magical park. I don't know how old the brochure was, but I suspect it was from the 50s. But I poured over this brochure for years, and it went from being in untouched condition to being ratty and falling apart! I longed for Disneyland with every fiber of my being. I wanted to see the Rocket to the Moon and the (forthcoming) haunted mansion. I wanted to live in the Monsanto House of the Future! Sadly I never quite got there, but I still dream of it. I want to add I have had a tricky time through COVID, spending so much time isolated and working from home. KZfaq has been a lifesaver, but I am particularly attached to you and your family. When a new Provost Park Pass comes up, I feel like it is a visit with dear old friends.

Having just celebrated my 80th birthday, my favorite Disney memories are from a very different era. When Disneyland opened in 1955, I was 13 years old. We lived in LA about 20 miles from Disneyland and I continually begged my parents to take us to Disneyland, but they always said, “Let’s wait until it’s not so crowded.” My family was quite poor and I didn’t realize until years later that they couldn’t afford to take us. A couple of years later, we went for the first time. I remember walking down Main Street on the left side of the street and we were near the Carnation Café when my dad said, “Look, there’s Walt Disney.” I looked and saw him across the street talking to someone. I tried to get my dad to come with me to talk to him, but he said, “I’m sure he doesn’t want a bunch of people bothering him.” I watched him until he finished his conversation, then he went on his way, and we went on with our day. We’ve always been big Disney fans and my wife and I have had season passes for the past 32 years or so. We stopped you one day on Main Street, and you were kind enough to take time with us. Having watched so many of your episodes we felt we already knew you. Thanks for all you do. Ed & JoAnn - Disney fans

I am a Texan that has worked all her life since the age of 17 and has never traveled anywhere outside her hometown, I went to Disneyland/CA for the first time on April 2022. and it changed me. I fell in love with the parks when I returned home I was looking for Disney blogs to feel that Disney magic again and yours was the first I came across, During your blog you paused and said that where every we are in life, if I was depressed/sad/stress, I am amazing and that you care. Your words were so sweet and now I watch your blogs all the time! I am now planning my next Disney vacay for next April again and you best believe I used Getaway today using provost park pass! I just really hope I run into you or Amanda at the parks one of the days I am there!! Thank you for spreading your amazing positivity and sharing all your fun at the parks!

My dad nicknamed me "Mouse" when I was born, and he's the one who introduced me to Walt Disney and Mickey. My first trip to Disneyland was 1979 when I was 20 and I fell in love. Lately, we go more to Disney World since our son was living there, but Disneyland owns my heart. Four years ago I was diagnosed with kidney cancer just as we were planning an anniversary trip to Orlando. I also had to have spinal surgery that year. We planned to go again when I recovered , but then COVID hit and my heart broke. And Provost Park Pass was the very first Disney vlog I started watching, and you got me thru the disappointment. We were finally able to get back to WDW last summer, and are planning our next trip for the spring. Thank you for your knowledge, enthusiasm, and humor - love you and your family!

Hi Chris, I just wanted to say thank you for making this channel. When my wife and I were stuck in the house due to the pandemic we watched a lot of your videos and daydreamed about being in Disneyland, riding the rides and eating the food and reliving our favorite memories. You guys really helped keep us sane, plus I know a whole bunch more about Disneyland and we will be taking our daughter there in a few weeks. Maybe we will even see you there! Take care!

I am currently a Cast Member in Fantasyland at Disneyland. I was a school teacher for 17 years and needed a change. I had worked at other So Cal theme parks during summer breaks, but when I got to Disneyland it felt like home. My favorite DL memory is my first visit. It was 1977 and I was 4. I ran the entire length of Main Street to meet Mickey. I was tiny and ended up hugging Mickey's leg.

Hi Chris, I am from Australia, went to Disneyland for the first time in 1995 and have loved it ever since. We are now taking our kids there in December and are so excited to share it with them. We have taken them to Orlando when they were younger but they don’t remember it much. It will be great to experience it through their eyes. So much has changed since our last visit and your videos have been such a god send to get us through while we were isolated here. Keep it up!

I love your channel and I love hearing other people's stories about how they came to love Disneyland! My first trip was in 1991 and my mom scraped up all the money she could and surprised me with a Disneyland land trip as my high school graduation present. Fast forward a few years to 95 and we went again so I could ride Indiana Jones since the ride just had opened. Well I loved the ride. I was pregnant with my first child and as soon as we got off the ride I actually felt him move for the first time. So that's probably my favorite memory and why Indy is my favorite ride to this day!

Hi Chris. I'm a mom of three teenagers. I've been a stay at home mom for a long time and I'm currently going back to school to get my bachelor's degree. I play the bassoon. I have a KZfaq channel called "Stormin' the Castle". On that channel I would show places and things around Utah. Plus, a few other places here and there. I haven't posted in a while. Life got too busy. I love your channel. Thanks for all your positivity. Also, I love your jokes. Please never stop with the jokes.

As a child I was lucky to visit Disneyland every year, we lived in Northern CA. My dad would buy his Disneyland tobacco for his pipe at the tobacco shop that used to be in Disneyland. I still Disneyland as a seasoned adult and love reminiscing about my childhood at Disney. My first ride is always Pirates of the Caribbean as it was one of the rides the whole family rode together, mom, dad, grandma and my brother. Sadly I’ve lost them all but have my memories especially at Disneyland.

Greetings, Chris and Amanda and Miles! Thanks for taking my husband and me on some great trips. I am a retired musician, teacher, parent and grandmother. Husband (80years old) grew up in Santa Monica; remembers watching Disneyland being built; remembers the scent of the orange groves all over. Disneyland and WDW in the mid-1980's until 2001 were extraordinary in contrast to the crowded nightmares they seem to be now. (just saying) peace from the PacNW!

My family was poor, but parents were very frugal and saved up money for us to go to Disneyland every year or so. We drove for the whole day. We stayed at the cheapest motels. They were grimy, the sheets had cigarette burns and the towels were wet. We never ate at the park, save for having one treat. It was all too expensive. We would go back to the motel and my mom would make dinner in the rice cooker she brought along. I later found out how guilty my dad felt about not being able to give us what other kids had. He hoped this was enough. I’m very thankful for all our family trips, and those are some of my best memories of Disneyland. Years later, my husband takes me to Disneyland for my birthday every year. It was my first time eating at the restaurants, trying all the snacks and staying in a deluxe hotel. We’re going to Disney World this year! Even then, I still love thinking about those family trips back when we didn’t have anything.❤

Chris, I love your family and your videos. I am VERY selective with what I watch on KZfaq when it comes to the Disney parks and you truly bring joy to people with your gifts and just by being you. Thank you for that. And I love your little messages in each video. The first time I heard you say single parents were enough and doing a good job, I cried. I don't think anyone, most of all a single parent, ever feels like they are winning at the parenting game, especially after a divorce. I really needed to hear that. So thank you. As for me, I'll share 2 quick personal Disney stories: 1. My first memory ever was when I was 2-3 years old. My parents took me on Pirates and I don't have any visual memories because my eyes were clamped shut, but I can hear my mom's voice saying "Look Jennifer, see the kitties? Oh look, there's a doggy too!" Yeah I didn't buy into it because I hated the dark. But I love that it's the first memory I have as a human being. 2. My son's first ride on his first trip to Disney was you guessed it, Pirates. He was 7 months old. Didn't cry, didn't freak out. He just took it all in. As he got older, he became fearful of the drops. So I used to tell him we were waiting in line for the no-drop version. I used that over and over for several years. You would think he would have caught on, especially right after the ride, but he didn't. He's 15 now and sometimes I tell him we just got in the no-drop line just to get a giggle out of him.

Thank you for all of the videos Chris and Amanda! It really helped to get us through the pandemic shutdown and dreaming of when we could go to Disneyland again. We’re thinking about planning another trip there soon. Disneyland is our happy place and favorite vacation spot. My favorite memory is, of course, when I proposed to my Girlfriend in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle. She was completely surprised. Happily married now for 8 years.

But now I’m a key holder and drive to Disneyland every 2 months. I’m super excited this year to be going to Oogie Boogie bash for the first time, on my birthday!!! I hope I get the opportunity to meet you in the parks some day. Keep up the awesome content, you rock!!!!

One of my earliest memories is of the Main Street Electrical parade Disneyland in 1976. I was 6. I recently took my 6 year old son to watch the parade. He loved it! This is the magic of Disneyland : Watching the parade through my son’s eyes and remembering my own experience at his age.

Chris - thank you to you, Amanda, Miles, and everybody behind the scenes who make Provost Park Pass such a wonderful and informative channel. I’ve been going to Disneyland regularly (at least twice a year) since before I was born (my mom and dad went to the dedication of the Monorail in ‘59 while she was pregnant with me). My wife of 35 years is also a life-long Disneyland fan and student of all things Disney. We love the content you share every week, but mainly we love the warmth, positivity, and love that you send out to all of us. In today’s world, that is so needed and very much appreciated. Hope to see you ‘round the parks soon!

I went to Disney World for my bday in July, and thanks to your videos, I managed to show my girl hidden secrets around the park, and pointed out multiple hidden mickeys, pointed out things on rides, and told her facts that I knew she didn’t know, your videos made our trip much more fun because of everything I learned! We are planning another trip to Disney soon and I plan to tell her more facts and point out more things. Chris, you’re one of those few people that we need in this world, as someone who has family issues and can barely get along with my mom at times, thank you for the positivity you spread, and thank you for those special messages during your videos. It’s nice to know someone out there cares about people even without having ever met or seen them.

My niece worked with you at FanX and she told me you were starting a Disney center KZfaq channel so I subscribed mainly because she asked me to. I unsubscribed shortly after because I was too overwhelmed by your energy. Well, KZfaq kept suggesting your videos and when I saw one of the Secrets videos pop up, I had to check it out and then I was hooked. I immediately subscribed again. I grew up 2 hours from Disneyland and have gone regularly since even had an annual pass when I lived in Alaska. My favorite trips to Disneyland are when there’s a big group of family all together. We are a crazy bunch. I celebrated a major birthday two weeks before everything shut down. I missed Disneyland so much and your channel helped me get through those crazy times. Thank you, PPP. I’m glad I gave you another try. ❤

Hey Chris, retired educator and coach from California, now living in another state. My father worked for a building material company and delivered cement to Disneyland in it's early days of construction. When my father worked as a shipping manager, I remember he would get free tickets from shipping companies for "Transportation Night" at Disneyland. It was a special ticketed event, the park would close to regular guests @7pm and closet @1am.
