I would be inclined to agree. But after Crimea was annexed in 2014 I learned a lot about the geography and some history of Eastern Europe and post soviet states. Just because we are more focused on our domestic issues across the pond doesnt make the invasion any less devastating and depressing.

Considering you brought up the cab story that came to light a few months ago, I'm surprised you didn't mention how when he met with Robert Kraft(owner of the New England Patriots) in 2005, he asked to see Mr. Kraft's Super Bowl ring. After trying it on he remarked "I could kill someone with this thing." Then he put it in his pocket and his bodyguards surrounded him and walked out of the room. Kraft was later urged to say the ring was a 'gift' by the Bush Whitehouse. We've known for nearly 2 decades what kind of man Putin is. If you give him an inch, he'll take the whole damn country.

Well yeah... Lenin is to the USSR like George Washington is to the USA. If the USA collapsed less than 3 decades ago you'd still have former American citizens who would look up to George Washington, and I wouldn't be surprised if the next leaders of the "New USA" in this scenario would look up to the past founder as a benchmark aswell

After 2014 you missed a lot of information. Like the illegal change of Russain Constitution that made him rule until 2036, and his poisoning of the Alexei Navalny. This is very important historical moment. It was a very fast jump to 2022 at the end of the video.

Fun fact, this video forgot to mention that Putin was so poor during his childhood he had to spend time killing rats all around where he lived. He cornered a rat and prepared to kill it on one occasion until the rodent suddenly lunged at him with enough ferocity to cause the boy to fall over and lose the rat. On that day, Putin realized that if something was cornered, whether animal or man, with nothing left to lose, it would become far more dangerous than ever just to fight for survival.
