I can't even picture where BeamNG would be without YBR, most likely nowhere near it is today! One thing is for sure though: I would not have started playing BeamNG, let alone create a Beam-related KZfaq channel. If you're seeing this YBR, I just want to say thank you for all those memories, for introducing me into BeamNG and being one of the main reasons I started my channel. 🙌 And also thank you Bio for this great video, I definitely learned something new ;)

I agree bro/sister. :) YBR introduced me to BeamNG back in 2018-19, and it was cool stuff, as the game simulated cars and crash physics (cos science is cool bro). I do not run BeamNG myself, but he got me into CarPal & Muye, another set of Beamtubers. I guess you are a BeamNG guy also, so I'll check out your channel. Edit: I am glad that YBR went to college, and hope/pray for his success or wellbeing. That is much more important than running a YT channel, and I can wait a few years until he uploads again.

Finally, an in-depth documentary on a legend. BeamNG would not be where it is today without him. I first found YBR in early 2015, and he first introduced me to BeamNG. To be honest, I was like 9 or 10 and was looking for car crash videos. Back then on KZfaq, if you search car crashes or any variation of that, it would be irl car crashes, so getting a BeamNG video by YBR in my recommended was a blessing. It's sad how KZfaq screwed him over with the demonetization and could not recover financially from it, forcing him to quit and find a real job. I'm honestly glad he's doing well in life. YBR was not appreciated as he should of been, the seamless editing that no one notices, the amount of research going into his mod reviews, and with his BeamNG update videos. There is still no other youtuber that can do a proper update video that goes in-depth with every change. I specifically waited for his update video to come out, before I owned the game and he just did the videos better than anyone else. It is sad that he eventually started to hate his job because of kids only wanting to see car crashes like all the other youtubers. Hopefully when he returns, he starts to make content he enjoys doing whether it's BeamNG or not.

The first video of WhyBeAre's I remember watching is him use Bolides as ramps on Endless Highway. From there, I watched him daily throughout middle school and early high. Had it not been for YBR, I wouldn't have played Automation, SLRR, Jalopy, My Summer Car, or even BeamNG - All of which (besides MSC) are my top-played games on Steam, collectively totalling well over 4,000 hours.

Started watching him in 2012, I also appreciated how he also took the time to answer every single comment, made him feel human. WhyBeAre is the only youtuber I've genuinely seen want to succeed, the rest are just content farms to me. Maybe it's the human aspect to it and how he always interacted with his fans, or maybe how he's one of the KZfaqrs who helped put on BeamNG on the map. Anyway, good video with good pacing, keep it up!

His videos were always good, and I was dissapointed to see KZfaq making life difficult for him when he was fighting for his monetization. I'm looking forward to when he comes back as a more satisfied person ready to create something that they like and enjoy. Could be a new golden era for his channel even if it isn't a breadwinner like BeamNG was back in the day. I enjoyed the video. Keep it up!

I remember watching YBR in 5th or 6th grade (I graduated in 22) some of the earliest videos I remember watching from him was when the propane tanks first came out in Beam and he was blowing stuff up, and the pirate ship. There was also a game where you stranded on an island I watched him play, it was pretty good. I wanted to try and find him not long ago but I couldn't remember his name and thought he was one of those creators from my childhood that fade into oblivion and get lost forever. I vividly remember watching a video of his driving a truck around with some really long trailers. I was obsessed with American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 at the time so I thought this was just like another version of that. A few minutes into the video he hit the branches of a tree and the truck was damaged by it. I was amazed by that little detail and instantly fell in love. It's still one of my favorite games to this day and I have over 230 hours in the game. I miss YBR because he introduced me to so many games as a kid and all of them have had a huge impact on me. YBR brought me to BeamNG very very early on, back around 2013 when I was a little kid. I'd argue he alongside some other channels really popularized the game and helped it get to where it is now. He went into every last detail of BeamNG, which I loved since I'm very detail oriented, and there hasnt been anyone whose made the same type of content since. Through those videos and once I finally got a capable gaming laptop and later built a PC, I learned so much about cars that I now apply working on and driving my real cars that I now own.

Thank you YBR, I hope you'll come back. Whenever it is, hopefully soon.

7:01 think I started watching him right when he posted the “throwing cars at helicopters” video. Love watching his content throughout the years and he was what got me into the game and made me want to get a decent computer so I could play it.

I started watching him around late 2013, early 2014, he was the first channel I found after discovering the existence of Rigs of Rods and then later BeamNG, this was back when my only source of internet was a Nintendo 3DS, his videos helped me through what I was going through at the time, up until he stopped uploading he was the only channel I'd come back to on the daily to see if there was a new video, I really liked the way he edited his videos, no one else on youtube purposely made the video look like it was all 1 take even though it actually wasn't

to me, whybeare was like that uncle you see a lot of the time who was very cool and loved to hang out with but after a while just kinda went away leaving me sad. although whybeare isnt making videos much anymore im still happy to know it wasnt any large drama like the popularmmos arresting and stuff.

I started watching YBR in 2016. After a few months, I just stopped watching him for some reason. A year or 2 later, I rediscovered him, watching all of the videos that I had missed. I have seen every video from 2016. I never wanted to see a face reveal, I just wanted to watch him. He was my favorite youtuber, until discovering Dankpods a year ago. When he returns, I am sure he will return to my number one fav. He inspired me to create my own channel, though I don't use it much. The day the video came out saying that we had saved him, I was sick with covid, and it just made my day. When he said that he would indeed be coming back in a few years, my day went from a, on a scale of one to ten, -50 to 1000000000. His videos always make me happy, and I keep returning. His best series was, in my opinion, Infra. It was one of the few games he fully completed on his channel, and the only one to get a video several years later. I have always, and will always love his content. YBR, wherever you are, thank you for years of enjoyment.

When I watched that last video, it hit me when he asked if we really cared about him. I sat there for a bit thinking about all the years I’ve watched him. I really did enjoy watching others of his videos, and I liked beam the most, but I really just liked his funny commentary and his jokes and I loved his energy. It was awesome back in the good days when he was just happy and not being labeled as a terrorist. He’s literally everything but a terrorist. Even though I didn’t know him irl, I thought he was a good dude. I really miss him. The nostalgia hits lol.

I started watching ybr when i was 9 years old. Im 17 now, and i still find his videos entertaining. no other channels i watched back then can do this for me. he is also the reason i got into gaming and beamng, which i now have around 6500 hours in. YBR, if you see this, youve uploaded thousands of videos, we have no right to demand you make more. do what you think can assure your future, and if you someday come back to youtube, then i know one guy who will be watching.

The first YBR video I saw was a BeamNG video in 2014. It’s hard to believe that was nearly 10 years ago. YBR is the reason I got into BeamNG and eventually built my own PC to play it. when I was in middle school in high school, I always looked forward to when the next YBR video would come out.

I want to say I probably started watching him in 2014-2015 and he is definitely the entire reason I bought BeamNG, and even got into cars. And still play Beam till this day, one of my biggest inspirations.

Used to watch him a lot in my early 20s, sad to see him go through demonetization and overall pretty bummed that he stopped uploading but I'm glad he came to the decision he made and is sticking to it. Education will get you further and KZfaq and his audience will always be there for when he decides to return.

I started watching YBR back in probably around 2015 or so. At some point, I kinda got burned out from his content where he would start some sort of time trial or challenge, but only commit half-heartedly to make it more likely to crash. The crash physics are amazing, but I realized I wanted to see more skilled driving, and ended up moving to the sim racing part of KZfaq. That said, I still remember the time when I thoroughly enjoyed his content, and it's great that he's getting his life figured out.

YBR was a big part of my childhood. I am very grateful that he introduced me to Beamng Drive. All the fun I've had in beam is credited to him. He showed me the potential of this game, and how mods could improve everything. Thank you very much YBR, if you're reading this. I came home every day from school waiting and hoping you'd uploaded a new video
