MS seems more cartoon accurate while NA goes for toy accuracy. But they both look great.

Crazy how the NA car mode seems bigger than MS but the MS bot mode is so much bigger than NA

MS by a mile. I’m a NA fanatic and never liked MS, but this and the upcoming Mirage are much better looking than the NA offerings. Also, I slightly prefer MS latest Optimus Prime over NA’s David, but you can’t go wrong there as they’re both essential.

the first few Newage figures seem like more squat and toy inspired. but as time has gone on, Newage is going for a leaner and more toon acuracy now. which i love

Its crazy how they are almost the same size in car mode and then like an NBA player and a jr high kid in bot mode.

thanks for the comparison! I like both, but MS doesn't scale well to me with NA autobots, so I prefer NA jazz.

I was sold on the newage jazz by seeing how comparatively short it is in both mode compared to MS. I like my legends size to scale well with others and that MS jazz is just too tall imo.

I like New Age for not having doors showing. I know the G1 toy had doors but he didn't in the show. Love the video!

MS might take this one. Both are astounding. Love my NA!

The recolors of MS are about 90% of the time better than anything NA has. Luckily, there's a significant segment of the population who get a chub for paint even though the models are bad, too small, are kiddish and look less like the G1 bots.

Great versus Deluxe. I like the look of NA more, but I like the larger size of MS more. Yet, my favourite legends scale Jazz is from Iron Factory?!?!?!?! 😳😳😳

great versus review... but to be fair, Newage is the EX version and their EX line always has more paint than the original release. The original Manero has black windows instead of the clear blue and metallic paint. also doesn't come with the speakers. 😁

I have Newage, but if I didn't, I'd probably get the MS by a hair. Having said that, it's not enough to make me switch out. And 85% of my legends are NA so he fits better. I do wish the NA was maybe half an inch taller.

I still think it's the size of the MS that puts me off. They look great but they don't look like they have any real scale.. The car bots are too big compared to the 'voyager' size bots (ironhide, inferno etc) and your leaders (like Prime). Something I feel that MS does way better. When you look at am MP shelf Prime tends to be bigger than all the rest of the voyager arc bots by over a head. And then voyager to 'deluxe' bots are like 2-3 heads different and then same goes from deluxe to minibots. I just feel like MS everyone is the same size. Still getting it though since I love jazz!

3:15 ok….accuracy aside, one of these looks gorgeous…and it’s NewAge. I don’t care if MagicSquare looks more like X Y or Z- its paint is CRAP in comparison. And then 6:26. Smaller or not, NewAge all the way.

Lol? Is Newage paying you? I think in comparison to magic square most Newage (there are exceptions like Cyclonus) look horrible, and their proportions are all out of whack, and more gaps like this jazz in the groin area, not even close if you ask me, magic square knocks it outta the park 💪
