@@flamo2666 IMO Gunner 3333: Neutral B- Grenade launcher is a braindead edgeguarding/trapping tool. 10 frames + on block (free grab) This move also trumps the usefulness of flame pillar, stealth burst and bomb drop. Side B -Missiles control neutral and weaken shield and can be spammed relatively safe (have up tilt ready to anti air) Up B- Arm rocket best recovery/landing mixup and can be used out of disadvantage. Really hard to punish on reaction. -Vortex- safest OoS option can be used to wavebounce > fair boost. Can 2 frame, can gimp ppl that are doomed without their double jump. Brawler- 2312 Neutral B- Flashing mac punch kills from 90 to 110 depending on rage, it punishes spot dodges and neutral getup. It's also a good platform pressure mixup when opp is afraid of getting command grabbed. (Shot put it's ok but is too slow and opp can avoid it on reaction) Side B- Suplex is a command grab with a bit of armor, ridiculous damage (23%) and puts opp on top of you ready to get sharked with up airs or if they air dodge it, they will get ready to get scooped again. Best platform pressure. It's a mixup on the main stage too because you can dash attack or suplex them. Up B- Soaring Axe kick- ridiculous range (more than cloud's up B) really good OoS. Can kill at 0 under the edge. Beats tethers if you run off stage and up b to the edge. Dumb knockback which will usually get opp off stage. Ppl have to respect you when you recover low or you can kamikazee. Best vertical recovery. Kills around 130% which is fair for move that is very easy to land. (Uppercut has some janky kill confirms but are inconsistent) Down B- Feint jump is the best move out of disadvantage frame 2 inv. You can usually dj and down b to recover off stage safely through the top of the screen. Safe option OoS to not commit with up B. Divekick kills around 140%. Punishes zoners for throwing a projectile. Sneaky way to edgehog. Hard to punish on reaction. Good to time out fresh stock inv frames. Swordfighter- Forgot the numbers but here it is. Neutral B Gale Strike- free follow up & kill confirms (up air, hero spin, bair) 2 frames, stage control. Side B- Chakrum- Gimps, controls neutral, free follow up and kill confirms (dash attack, f smash?) Free grab if blocked (the slow 1) Up B- Skyward slash- best recovery mixup. Decent vertical and horizontal range. Decent damage but hard to combo into. (Hero spin is a good kill confirm off of gale strike BUT it's an awful recovery. Stone scabbard it's cool IF you always plan to recover low (predictable) which also makes you have to hold an edge trap. Down B- Reversal Slash Most ppl have projectiles in this game so of you're going in blind, u might as well have mario's cape. It breaks some reflectors after a ping pong exchange like palutena, pit and gunner. (Gunner dies at 0% if he gets a reflected smash missile) Counter sucks because of the knockback and power thrust is pretty much unreactable and kills around 130% so u can use it if ur opp does not have a projectile.

Axel Morales i completely agree with swordfighter because you don’t even need hero spin to do the gale strike confirm, up air works fine.

Axel Morales honestly, I’d switch gunner’s down B to bomb drop because it’s amazing for zoning, stage control, ledge trapping and edge guarding and in my opinion being able to gimp and 2 frame with vortex because you can already gimp with other moves such as neutral air, and because 2 framing with vortex isn’t that good. I’d then replace neutral B with charge shot because bomb drop does what grenade launch does and more.

Axel Morales I’m gonna be honest my reply didn’t wasn’t talking movesets it was asking, “yeah they may each have their own pros and cons but out of all of those which mii is overall the best. Your comment about movesets was the thing I never knew I needed.

How bout magic/psi users? There are a bunch of characters that fight using magic and have insanely strong throws, like Mewtwo, Ness, Lucas, Zelda, etc A wizard Mii would be cool

honestly the best way to improve the mii fighters is to introduce the Miitopia classes (miitopia is a game that sets the miis on a classic rpg adventure with a bunch of classes ranging to classic types: fighter thief wizard cleric to wacky stuff like pop star (a bard if you think about it) a cook a tank (your literally a tank) flower scientist (who literally hacks the game world to make things happen) a imp devil like thing and cat exists too two hidden post game classes exist too elves (bow magic hippies) and vampire (pretty cool wish i had this earlier) if they could work any of these classes into smash that might make miis more stylish

Endershock1678 i mean there is source material and stuff and if you look for it there is miitopa music in the other section of the game battle 1 and battle 2 and the final boss theme so they know it exists

@@egon3705 Slash Launcher is actually viable as a sideways recovery option and doesn't send you falling off the stage to your death It's been a while since I've played ultimate, but the last time I played i'm pretty sure I used Gale Stab and fell off the stage to my inevitable doom (the last time i played was right before i made this comment)

Trevor Sreya don’t main Brawler but I do have a lot of fun playing them!

I go 1313 for Brawler. Shot Put is very strong despite its limited range and is versatile as well as killing at decent percentages. Suplex is self-explanatory. Soaring Axe Kick is the most versatile and powerful up special IMO. It covers decent vertical distance and can kill. Head-on Assault is like suicide but the enemy dies first. Can Lead to crazy kills

@PYM PIK I prefer Gunner, he has by far the most terrifying juggling game which can be chained into by his grab. Your enemy thinks they know what to expect (zoning), then I run up while they are shielding Grenade Launch, dash grab, do an up throw up air, fast fall it, up tilt up air, fast fall it, up tilt juggling up air, and next thing you know, you either got 0-Deathed, or somehow got off stage and have to deal with me mashing B on ledge.

I'd argue it's even better, because you can move up slightly to cause the grenades to fall slightly below ledge and hit most characters without a teleport or invincible recovery on the way up. Another note on Neutral B 3, it's one of the moves in the game that's a combo starter on block. It's +10 if you hit it on shield, which directly combos into a dash grab which leads into some insane juggling.

Yeah, Gunner’s my 2nd best character and Grenade Launcher is THE BEST BY FAR.

@@Nick-oy9cf all of his airials are frame 10 and slower, not to mention bair doesn't kill that soon when compared to other bairs. The soft chakram is a good kill move, tho it's gimmicky and it doesn't work on his hardest mu's, literally anyone with a decent reflector

ninja11 it’s pretty unlikely to sdi out unless the sword fighter drifts back during the up b in an attempt to make it back to ledge. Yes, close range nado doesn’t confirm but it’s not much of a problem in my opinion because it’s not practical at close range anyway

Undoubtedly tornado and chakras are good, and probably the best specials for sword fighter, but shuriken and airborne assault are solid if you want a more spammable zoning tool or want a better recovery. The up b's are really just personal preference for if you want vertical recovery, kill confirms and out of shield, or general recovery. All the Down b's are all pretty useful too In their own right.

This is funny. Gunner was so much better before the nerfs. You literally couldn't shield against this character as like all of her projectiles had a lot of shield break potential, I know because it used to be a big tactic of mine if you sheild more than like 1 grenade you would get poked or a broken sheild.

Lunar launch only goes vertical tho but it can be a good edgdguard + good recovery; but arm rocket while it has no hitbox allows a wider area for gunner to use different edge guard tools
