actually, he loses to He Yi, He Man, Guan Yu, Zhen Fei, Dian Wein, Xiaohu Dun and a veteran Yellow turban I can even write, so Lu Bu is only good vs Non Champion/ Sentinels otherwise he will lose . And yes I did test all characters vs Lu Bu.

Ma Chao was indeed a man of northern plains and... he dueled Zhang Fei to a draw once. But not this time. Zhang Fei should quit drinking. It lost him the match with Lu Bu.

@@justinsmith9006it's not that the game is boring its that watching units 1v1 over and over again is boring because I've played the game for 10 hours since launch day and I think its pretty fun and a lot of the issues I've seen at the beta have been fixed like duels being way too frequent/the duelers running through every were just to duel a guy who is on the other side of the map. Three Kingdoms is very fun in my opinion I hope i will be able to play all the factions and not get bored like rome 2 or both Warhammer games

@@kashual 1 i use one vs one to test lords and heroes to see if any of them suck in fighting each other, 2 a lot of the beta problems were solved but that does not stop it from being boring it does stop it from being garbage, 3 i hope you wont get board of this game like rome 2 to but i don't know why you found warhammer boring, 4 shogun 2 was better then this and so was warhammer.

@@westonyang1469 not that I recall. Huang Zhong and Guan Yu did however and Zhong won. Guan Yu afterwords wanted to duel Ma Chao after hearing of his exploits as his ego was as usual an issue but was talked out of it as they feared one would badly injure if not kill the other if it happened.

Zhang Fei and Ma Chao actually had a duel that lasted for days, while their armies watched on in amazement. Neither could score a decisive victory, and it led to both mutual respect between the two, and of course Ma Chao eventually defecting to join Liu Bei and becoming one of the 5 tiger generals.

Historically, Lv Bu was the No.1 Warrior during Three Kingdoms era, but he kinda undecisive and hesitated a lot, betrayed different bosses, so die hard eventually after arrested by Cao Cao. For duel, he can barely fight equal Zhang Fei and Guan Yu (1 v 2) at the same time, though quite defensive.

I didn't even know what game this was for about 10 minutes of the video, when I got curious and read the title properly. Hell I'm unlikely to ever own this game. I'm really impressed by it though, and by how enteratining this video is :) Not very scientific of course, you should really have done multiple round-robin tournaments, but that would not lend itself to an awesomely fun showdown video... :P Nice work man :)

It's really not that easy. There are a lot of sword techniques designed to fight spears. A spear is better than a sword in a novice's hands. For masters it's a lot closer. Honestly if they did what you suggested they would probably get themselves killed in a real fight as it's pretty much exactly what the sword wielder would be expecting. The fights in this game aren't really made to be realistic, but real fights are not nearly as cut and dry as your saying.

tom hoefkens Idk man, it would still be a long video considering Apollo won't just cut the battle all out. Also, i don't think he wants to sit down for several hours to watch two sentinels fighting each other.
